I had a proud alert on my account and I lost my book with my pin numbers in it or maybe the cleaning lady threw it away by accident but anyway I didn't have a pin number to get into my account on the phone and the computer kept hanging app on me so I somehow got customer service on my email and I told them the problem and I am a senior citizen okay and I have no groceries in the house and they're refusing to help me get into my account They should not be allowed to do that to a senior citizen there's many emergencies that can come up that I would need money for like medicine and stuff like that and I have no way to get it because my account is locked and I'm sitting here horrified What to do.

So I downloaded the app thinking cool I can deposit my pay check. After resetting my password the app locked my account which is odd because I never had issues before. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2016, when I got the card. Thank goodness I have a local Business checking account I can go cash my check at. Net spend get it together! There was no need to lock my account it’s been in perfect standing since I enrolled in the Control card. I would not recommend this card simply because of the fact that this Company can through away a customer after years of outstanding service. ***UPDATE*** I just got off the phone my account was locked because I tried to reset my password like 16 times the Customer service rep explained to me. I told her it was only three times regardless the app is wonky and, just does not work properly! Never will I ever get another net spend card. Good day!!

On the website they don’t mention a monthly fee, found out about the monthly fee after my card was mailed, I’ve been trying to find a way to void the card and I keep getting the runaround, called the customer service and what do you know I was almost tricked into activating the card, zero customer service just a stupid machine. On top of that they have the audacity to play people for fools knowing full well that as soon as someone enters their card number that card is then activated. Why is it so difficult to just cancel a card? Are you guys this desperate??????Horrible company

I’ve been with the card company since 2014 and I think it’s time to move on to a REAL bank . Customer service is rude and supervisors disconnects the call when he is stuck on what to say. Same merchant auto drafts from my card and wants to lock it every freaking time . I’m so done with this company I swear
