most of them are very overpowering in color saturation and the contrast can be too great also. if I could make a suggestion it would be to add a few sliders for more control- helpful ones would be contrast, effect intensity, and overall brightness. if you could add these things this could easily become my go-to app for the first step of my editing!

This doesn't have as many filters as instagram, and the filters aren't as good either. Plus, do you have to pay for locked filters? No thanks. Sorry, I don't think VintageCamera is horrible by any means, I just don't see the point of using an app that is inferior. If you come up with really unique filters or new fun ways to edit photos I will definitely take a second look, but for now I'll stick with instagram!

Wow. I'm a fool. I failed to read the parentheses. it says "get 4 new effects" and in parentheses says 4 effects that are already there! all paying a dollar does is remove the ads. haha. ohhh I was fooled!!! VintageCamera itself isn't bad though. I don't know why those people are saying you can't save the pictures. it saves them when you hit the save button.......

The latest update took the magic away from my favorite filter, Havana :( really sad about this, if possible could you please bring the sparkles back✨

I also wanted to buy the pack but only for the old morning, this updated morning is very pretty but looks more like an evening⛅ why not just add it as a new filter?

Please change this soon!!

So I like VintageCamera and the options that are free but I have one major complaint. When you take a photo then choose the effect it takes you to another page about sharing. I did not want to share this photo because it was our baby on the way's name that we were keeping secret till she's born. Well I thought I was not choosing to post this photo by clicking done or save. Never selecting Facebook or tweeting it only for me to get a phonecall from my family saying the name was now posted for everyone to see!!! Very disappointing to me and I was heartbroken. Nowhere on the page does it say cancel or whatever. That's my only complaint.

VintageCamera works GREAT! The only problem with it is that it crashes after you've uploaded a couple pictures in a row, and the picture is squished if it's not cropped. Fix that, and you've got the perfect pic editing app!:D

Me being a designer, I love the interface and all the filters that it offers, but one complain is that the designer for this didn't include different states for each button. There is no feedback as you touch a button, that's not good. The user experience would greatly improve if you make VintageCamera more interactive to the users.

I love VintageCamera so much! These filters are what I want for my photos. I love VintageCamera's filters than instagram's (I know that one u can share ur photo blah blah but I don't care, I don't need it.) but have to tell u guys than when u use it fr a couple of time they r gonna ask u randomly to buy fr$0.99 and if u don't, u can't save that photo. Anyway I love it so much so I did pay. Worth ur money. VintageCamera is cool.

I try again to save my edited photo with the purchased filters (which all of it still have lock sign) and the notification told me to buy the professional edition (which i already purchased) so i tapped on yes, and the next notification told me that i already buy it, and then my edited photo can be saved, and ALL my purchased items are back. Sorry Vintage cam 😔

The hipstamatic Apps now only offer low resolution pics and you have to pay for "film" or effects. They is WAY better. Runs great, comes with more effects than you will ever use and is totally free. I would of easily paid a buck for VintageCamera. Very happy.

I wish it was updated! It has cool filters and borders but definitely we need some more! Update VintageCamera, please! 🙏🏽

I originally only downloaded this because it was free and I'm an iphone camera app addict. At first, it seemed like just an Instagram clone. It works almost in an identical fashion, but then as I played with it, I really started to enjoy some of the filters. While it's free (or even at .99), this is definitely a good grab.

My problem with instagram is the fact that to take pictures you have to be on the internet. I use my iPod touch to take pictures all of the time and vintage camera has given me awesome filters that make for cool photos. I LOVE VintageCamera and I can use it wherever I am. I like it so much that I purchased the full version to support. Someone wrote that you can't save to camera roll but YOU CAN. when you save it saves right into your photos. Great app!

Yeah it was down for a few days but that many 1 star reviews seems a little fishy!
I have alot of camera apps, this is not the best but its fun to play around with and some of the filters are just right!
They update with new filters once in awile(could use a few more).

VintageCamera has great effects and makes the pictures look amazing. Also it dose save pictures just after you press save it takes you to a screen to share it then you just press done and it will be saved

I really like VintageCamera the effects are nice and they just added a new one called cafe mocha which I really like :) I just wish that they didn't cut so much of my pic off by other than that its pretty good. I hope they add new effects in the future!

The most coolest camera app I use it a lot the time totally worth downloading I recommend it to anybody and everybody easy to upload photos to Facebook and never fails to amaze me just wish watermelon and morning were free! But the rest is just perfect!
