MyBluebirdTaxi is forcing me to leave review/feedback on the driver before booking another trip.

MyBluebirdTaxi developers didn’t install a “review for app” prompt.

I refuse to allow MyBluebirdTaxi and it’s developers to control how I use my time.

Why you won’t allow passengers to get in the car, enjoy the scenery, pay the driver, and be off to do their business, baffles me.

Developers, poor use.

Penalized for app issues

Was banned from calling another taxi for 24 hours due to too many “cancelled” rides. The only reason I cancelled is because MyBluebirdTaxi didn’t find any riders and gave me two options “yes I’ll wait” or “cancel order” I had to be places at certain times so I cancelled and tried to find other destinations or pick up locations in hopes of finding a ride. Won’t be using bluebird again. GRAB app was the saving grace of my trip. Always had available drivers.

New update is brutal

Bluebird app was never the best but it mostly worked. Their new update has so many issues I don’t even know where to start. Avoid using until it gets sorted.

Could do better

Trying to say this as kindly as possible, It would be nice if the updates to MyBluebirdTaxi led to faster performance, fewer advertisements and a better user experience. I find each app upgrade has a negative correlation to my desire to support bluebird, which is one of the better taxi company’s in southeast asia. Looking forward to improvements.

Everybody has a problem during registration

It’s such a waste, you won’t be able to register. This problem’ve been forever, but the IT people seem don’t care. I am afraid will I have problem with my credit card/debit card; if they cannot solve the registration issues then how am I trust their IT guy for handling my sensitive issue aka MONEY?????

App freezes fequently

The application keeps highlighting EZPoint, EZPay, all EZ related promo, then it freezes. I have to force quit MyBluebirdTaxi , then restart few times until no more promo highlights.
Please fix this, then I’ll change my rating.

Worthless App

This is an absolutely worthless app. I created an account and added my credit card info. Worked smoothly. Closed MyBluebirdTaxi and tried to log back in. There’s no log-in page. App took me to a page to create an account. A was no drop down menu or anyway to navigate off the account creation page. I figure if I tried to create another account with the same phone number MyBluebirdTaxi will reject the creation of the new account and send me to the sign-in page - which it did. I entered my password, which I saved to auto-fill, and got message that my password was incorrect! Requested an email to change my password. I changed the password but was sent back to the “create account” page! Tried to create an account again to get back to sign-in page but got message I had too many attempts, “come back in one day”. Um, no. I won’t need coming back at all. Complete garbage.

Confusing

The new apps is confusing, many bugs exist. Hard to navigate especially when choosing direction and pick up point. Need a lot of rework on those areas.

Multiple order created everytime i use the app

As shared. I regularly get charged 2-3 taxi trip per order because bluebird keep creating order. The cost is one thing, the hassle of having to answer to each driver is another. Insane.

Many function not working

After updating the version, I found that the apps not working properly. It took long time to calculate ETA, cannot call driver, call center option connect to blue bird Bandung, help chat has no one answering. Many features wasted.

Completely unreliable!

From crashing when using ezride, not being able to process payment for no valid reason while processing them a couple of weeks after without any issue, blocking you from rebooking in the meantime and impossible to pay those failed payments with gopay, saved adresse is not kept as entered, showing the animation in reverse, like taxi is shown as moving backward… support/customer service from app simply can’t do a thing, really a pain! I’ve been using goride more and more due to that

Forget it at jkt soekarno hatta international terminal

I tried using MyBluebirdTaxi from the international terminal and the driver never showed up despite looking for me for more than an hour at various other locations. I also asked at the counter and they gave me directions that didn’t seem to make any sense. What a waste of time I ended up taking a risky no-name taxi.

Needs several improvements

1. Cannot book more than one taxi or car in one booking.
2. Cannot use the same payment method for more than one booking (while the booking is still active or in the future).
3. Not easy to select saved place as the origin or the destination.

Too many bugs

MyBluebirdTaxi won’t retain my default payment choice. It always goes back to cash.

MyBluebirdTaxi makes it very hard to use favorite places.

Good drivers, bad app

It’s very slow to use and takes twenty taps to do anything. It can be very frustrating to use when you’re in a rush and don’t have a fast internet connection because sometimes MyBluebirdTaxi wants to force you into a ratings flow when you open it. When your internet is in a bad spot you’re stuck on these screens awhile and unable to book.

Edit to the developer response: this is an issue that occurs when you have low signal quality and MyBluebirdTaxi prompts to leave a review. You’re stuck waiting for it to load because it can’t be closed until the information is loaded (bad practice for a native app, always keep controls visible). That said there’s not an active issue to be resolved particular to my account so I don’t need to go to the support flow.

Not a very intuitive app

Last upgrade reset all settings including favorites and payment. Horrible location detection

Takes too long to get Silver Bird

I usually cannot get a silver bird when ordering through MyBluebirdTaxi . It can take anywhere between 10-20 min to maybe get one or not get one at all. Very frustrating. It’s unfortunate that this is the only company that offers more comfortable taxis…

Don’t limit tip driver time

Please let us tip driver regardless of time. Sometimes we forget because of running from meeting to meeting.
