This is an absolutely worthless app. I created an account and added my credit card info. Worked smoothly. Closed the app and tried to log back in. There’s no log-in page. App took me to a page to create an account. A was no drop down menu or anyway to navigate off the account creation page. I figure if I tried to create another account with the same phone number the app will reject the creation of the new account and send me to the sign-in page - which it did. I entered my password, which I saved to auto-fill, and got message that my password was incorrect! Requested an email to change my password. I changed the password but was sent back to the “create account” page! Tried to create an account again to get back to sign-in page but got message I had too many attempts, “come back in one day”. Um, no. I won’t need coming back at all. Complete garbage.

Was banned from calling another taxi for 24 hours due to too many “cancelled” rides. The only reason I cancelled is because the app didn’t find any riders and gave me two options “yes I’ll wait” or “cancel order” I had to be places at certain times so I cancelled and tried to find other destinations or pick up locations in hopes of finding a ride. Won’t be using bluebird again. GRAB app was the saving grace of my trip. Always had available drivers.

Trying to say this as kindly as possible, It would be nice if the updates to the app led to faster performance, fewer advertisements and a better user experience. I find each app upgrade has a negative correlation to my desire to support bluebird, which is one of the better taxi company’s in southeast asia. Looking forward to improvements.
