I've been using NoteLockKeepyoursecret for years and relied on it for all my sensitive information. My iPhone malfunctioned and I had to buy a new one. As opposed to all other apps--with this one I had to purchase again (which I was willing to do because I liked it so much), but now transferring the information from NoteLockKeepyoursecret on my old phone to NoteLockKeepyoursecret in my new phone has been so frustrating and taken so much time (which I'm very short on). I reached out three times to the developers and didn't hear back. As a last ditch effort I tried to simply copy and paste, but not even that worked. Wish they continued their initial version. Sometimes all the bells and whistles are simply that.

I really like NoteLockKeepyoursecret. However, I recently changed my password style (from pattern to 4 digits) and NoteLockKeepyoursecret no longer recognizes my password. The hint is for the old patterned password but the decoy password (when you type your password in reverse and decoy notes pop up) works for the current password! I hope I have not lost all my work, that would be heart breaking. Any body know what I should do? I have e-mailed he developers multiple times but haven't had any luck. I will change my rating when this is fixed.

I have used NoteLockKeepyoursecret for the past year and 3 months. I have stored hundreds of notes and photos for a book I am writing. Today, I went to use NoteLockKeepyoursecret and realized that it had vanished from my iPhone 6. I went to NoteLockKeepyoursecret Store to hopefully reload and it didn't recognize that I already had an account. Just can't believe that a year + worth of work is gone. Sent an email via the support tab on the developers site. We will see if they even respond. Beyond upsetting.

Had all my info in the lite version and loved it...however it’s NOT compatible with iOS 11?!
NoteLockKeepyoursecret creator has not updated that version to work with the newest apps update. Now it will not open and it has all of my info!
Please update your app! I’m sure I’m not the only person with this issue. Horrible!! I used NoteLockKeepyoursecret the most out of all of my apps.

Okay so I’ve used NoteLockKeepyoursecret tor a very long time so that if I needed to get a number from my husband or a friend , or if I changed a password to another program or app I’d always put it into NoteLockKeepyoursecret because it said that not only is it password protected, but if I were to lose or forget the password then all my information wouldn’t be available to me and if I tried to download NoteLockKeepyoursecret on a different device then it wouldn’t recognize me because my information would have already been destroyed. The problem is, the recent update is not supported by NoteLockKeepyoursecret because the developer hasn’t made the update to allow it
To work on the latest version. Long story short, an app I’ve relied on for years without incident will no longer open. So yay! Awesome app, totally recommend it 🙄

I purchased NoteLockKeepyoursecret years ago, but now that they have a subscription service and changed the price, I’m not allowed to use NoteLockKeepyoursecret anymore? I have to pay again to use an app I already purchased or lose the ability to keep using an app I have years of content in?

What a garbage company!!! Hope no one buys any of your garbage apps!!! Heck I hope they don’t even download the free crap your company puts out! NoteLock has been bricked for weeks since iphone updated their iOS. Isn’t your job to keep up with the devices that have your app???? Complete garbage! APP NEEDS TO BE UPDATED TO WORK WITH IOS 14.6.1 PLEASE FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY!!! I NEED THE NOTES THAT ARE LOCKED IN NoteLockKeepyoursecret

I loved the free version so I bought this one, and I've been using it for years. But recently it has been crashing every single time I tap to open any note. Which means I'll lose it all, I can't access them to move them to my email because that option is inside the note itself. Therefore I can't delete and redownload because I'm pretty sure that will delete all my stuff on NoteLockKeepyoursecret . Please make an update so I can "redownload" NoteLockKeepyoursecret and keep my stuff. And maybe add an emergency back up option in the settings section that allows you to email all of your notes to yourself.

I like NoteLockKeepyoursecret but it crashes way too much. I had hoped it would improve with updating but it hasn't happened. When it crashes I lose the last few sentences so the autosave is lagging it seems.

I really like NoteLockKeepyoursecret, it is my favorite of all the apps I've tried for journaling. Use it for my dreams, thought but it keep crashing. Keep losing all my data, in the middle of writing... UGH!! Just paid $1.99 for this one but it continues to crash. Too bad, as it is one of the best out there.

This is a fun app that I'm using temporarily until it is either improved or I find a better app for keeping notes and addresses. My old Sharp organizer (ca. The year 2000) was much easier to use.
Notelock's most glaring defect is that it doesn't alphabetize. So when I want to find a piece of information that I've entered previously, I have to scroll thru all the notes.

NoteLockKeepyoursecret was great when I fist started using it. Now when I am typing it freezes up and won't let you save what you have entered. This big needs fixing!!!

NoteLockKeepyoursecret held keep personal information invisible if you happen to leave you phone open without knowing it. Whatever info you have will not be displayed without a passcode to open. That’s awesome!’

Got a new phone and sales person done something and lost ALL of its contents what can I do???

Okay I love NoteLockKeepyoursecret so much it's my top favorite app on my tablet between having a locked diary and being able to have pictures anywhere and any size on my pages and having a decoy mode so if someone tried to read it there won't be anything there and they will give up its an amazing app..I've been having an issue with while I'm in the middle of writing I could write about a paragraph and it kicks me out of NoteLockKeepyoursecret and I lose that whole paragraph...by that point I was so far into what I was writing about I can't remember everything I wrote and I find myself giving up and just ending my entry..I paid for the full app so it's kind of disappointing that this happens but I refuse to give up on it that easily..I'm hoping someone will read this and fix whatever bug it is that's keeping me from enjoying NoteLockKeepyoursecret fully..thank you for creating NoteLockKeepyoursecret and please fix soon

NoteLockKeepyoursecret is soooooooooo nice my brother read my journal that was in a notebook and now I know when he tries to get his hands on my private life

I really like NoteLockKeepyoursecret! It does have only 1 problem, I wish I could any theme but pick the font I want! But I could live with it. I use NoteLockKeepyoursecret a lot and it very fun to use! I approve 5 stars because I think it is worth my money😊

Great app I have used for years, very dependable, quick and easy to use. unfortunately I forgot my password combo and I can’t get in anymore :( there’s no way to bypass the unlock if you’ve forgotten the combo so it’s stuck now.

You should buy NoteLockKeepyoursecret! Very helpful! It is one of my favorite app.
