Still having problems

Since the comments on this app are mostly aged at this point, I have to say that the problems people are complaining about still exists. I remember using this app a while ago and it worked perfectly. I enjoyed using the app, I purchased the full version and was very happy with the app. Now trying to use the app nearly a year later and I am to say the least disappointed. I perused the comments and all the low rated comments are about sign-in issues which I am currently having. I would really like to see this app turn around, but I don’t have the highest of hopes. Btw I’m using an iPhone 7 if that helps in anyway.

The developer has touted this app as a great way to get help with trophies, yet hasn’t fixed an issue that’s existed for two years where no trophy guides download. Every time I’ve brought this to his attention he’s said that his next update (that took him nearly a year to finish??? Please, this isn’t rocket science) would resolve the issue. His help site doesn’t exist any more and his Twitter only responds to one single error type his users are getting and ignores all other requests for help. This is not a half bad app but he either has no skill to maintain it or doesn’t care. Either way, I’ll be reporting him to Apple.

If you’re a trophy hunter this app is amazing...when it’s working. I’ve had it activity downloaded for several years now and it seems like every few months it breaks and won’t work correctly for about the same amount of time.
It’s really aggravating because when it is working I love to use it regularly to see my friends progress and what games they’re playing. The creators rarely update the app and at this point you have to log in several times through crashes nearly every time you open the app.
If you’re new to this app be very aware bugs and crashes will be a regular thing unfortunately.
