The magazine is great, but I thought for a while that I would need to ask for a refund. After initially subscribing I was unable to view or download any issues. All the issues still said "Buy". I tried logging in, but this did not work. I clicked Buy a second time and when prompted to subscribe again, I clicked the refresh symbol on the left side. I got a message that I already purchased the magazine, and then all the other issues became available as well. Minus 1 star for a confusing subscription process, but otherwise it is great.

Your customer support has been poor. First, it took you nearly 3 years to update your app. Now that you’ve updated it, I can’t restore my previous purchases. This includes a current subscription. I’ve been emailing support and have had a very nice person responding. However, I’m now being told that the restore issue has been submitted to it department and that they can’t get an answer until someone in that department decides to respond. Totally unacceptable. Looking for a refund of my subscriptions and hard copies of all magazines I’ve bought. Or just give me hard copies and a complimentary hard copy subscription. Very disappointed.

I have had LogHomeLiving since February. It was pretty useless in the beginning, had to delete and download it several times. The updates have seemed to slowly work the bugs out! If it weren't for a love of log homes, I would have tossed LogHomeLiving a long time ago. I love the articles and like tat LogHomeLiving is more user friendly. It has become a favorite!! Keep the updates coming!!

Real talk if you love Da mountains like me this is like Heaven sent real talk. There are days where I just miss the Mountains and Da log Cabins and its feel I get when I'm there and this is the only thing that takes me back when ever I need it to.

Very, very frustrating experience! Purchased an annual subscription and several individual issues. Unable to open a single issue, or even access them for that fact. Contacted customer service. We spent quite a bit of time going thru several steps to try and resolve the problem. We were NOT successful! LogHomeLiving IS NOT OPERATIONAL! 5 gold stars to Diane in customer service for her extensive efforts to try and resolve this problem for me.

Log Home Finishing, a log home restoration and maintenance company in Colorado really enjoys Log Home Living on iPad. The photos are awesome and help us work with our customers to decide on how to finish their log homes.

Great app. We are planning a retirement log home and the guidance we have received from the various magazines has been awesome.

Purchased year subscription and would open, deleted data and now wants me to re purchase the subscription again. Have help ticket in and we'll see what my follow up will be.

Love the online version of Log Home Living! Great resolution! Lots of extras in addition to the great content I am used to in the print version.

Bought a subscription and could only get the first 6 pages of every magazine, which were mostly advertising. I cancelled my subscription for the following year because of this, but was charged anyway. I then had to go through Apple Support to get a refund.

I find it frustrating with each issue that there are always a number of pages that are not viewable.

I log into LogHomeLiving , and I can only view an issue online, I can't download it. I want to view the annual buyers guide, touch to view it, then it logs me out. I'm not happy with the usability of LogHomeLiving . It needs attention.

Frustrating. I've starter over several times. After all of these attempts I am yet to see a single inside page.

Love the magazines. Used to subscribe. HATE the iPad application!!! What a pain to use! They even did an update and now it is WORSE!!!
