Over the years I have had money truck washes tonight I went to the blue beacon in Florence dc and got it washed by far one of the most detailed washes this drive has gotten in 40 years without having to stand over the guys doing the work telling the to do this or that they did a great job I give them a 10 it had to be the third shift

It’s good with location and hours but it really needs to have information on how many trucks are in line and should have information on busy times

They’re pretty good for moving the line as fast as they do. No complaints. Time is money for professional drivers. I appreciate all the hard work from those workers who keep Blue Beacon flowing!

Since you have our email, why can we still not email the receipt to ourselves. When we give our name, it should send a copy to the email on record and be able to see all washes for a min year 2 or 3 years would better

I used the Blue Beacon truck was every time I see one. They do a great job and so respectful especially the one on Joplin Mo. They always do a wonderful job at Joplin Mo. I wish I could have a Blue Beacon in Tulsa, Oklahoma I would use it once a week. Thanks Blue Beacon.

They need to one in the Augusta area the only ones they have is in Atlanta and far Columbia area

I never check my truck after leaving but this morning I should have just had the absolute worst wash from anywhere at the Oakley Ks Beacon fuel tanks still covered in road salt and cat walk is nasty several other areas look bad I thought I was done to quickly won’t be back to that location

One of my favorite apps. You never know where a Blue Beacon is going to pop up.

An awesome service...I’ve never stopped at a BB where the people were not nice, polite and paid attention to the customer...

App force closes immediately after opening, and if you do get lucky enough to get thru, there’s no locations listed.

Best Blue Beacon wash ever. I’ve been on the road since 1958 and this particular facility is by far the best

12 year wash there . I’m paying for wash full amount getting insult . You guys no washing roof any more . Now every time I telling them . You guys was good giving good service not any more . Customer not mattter . I can clean somewhere else not waste money at your station .

Excellent tool to keep as a trucker!

Crashes immediately upon trying to open BlueBeaconTruckWash . Every time.

App crashes right after opening.

I have no problems with BlueBeaconTruckWash , always works, think it may have to do with type of phone and operating system if your having problems!
As for the service its self at the wash bays, no problems there either, always friendly and do a good job, if I don't like something I have spoke up and it was quickly fixed, no problem no fuss! 👍

We being wash our trucks for more than 20 years at your stores. And this it's the first time they were rude w/us after wait for more than 1/2 hour to wash our truck I ask if he can clean the floor after the previous trailer wash out cause some time nails get loose from the skids or pallet's once I was in bay he ask me to turn off the reefer I let him know I can't well then he say you have to leave!!!! Cause we don't wash em w/the reefer on. Never before have be ask to turn it off. And if he could be polite I will do it but not w/that attitude I won't ever stop and let now to my friends to refrain to visit the Houston store (located at Loves) I guess they have so much business to care if they lost one but the best advertise its mouth to mouth and I will advertise this store as the Worths.

I am a owner op and can't stand a dirty truck!! I just have a couple of things I'd like to say. I've been to two Blue Beacons in the last month at different cities. I have had to have them wash my truck twice at each location. Usually they do a fairly good job at most locations but as of late, not so good! My truck isn't a show truck by no means but when you can't even get the mirrors clean, I certainly have a problem with that. It seems like its all timing and if that is true, slow down and give the customer the clean wash he or she is expecting the first time! Money is hard to come by these days and it has to be spent wisely!

Just one thing missing, a list of available services and prices. It would speed things along if I could have the check ready when I arrive.

I have used BlueBeaconTruckWash for a few months now and it has worked great! The only problem that I have found is since IOS 6 has came out it will crash 100% of the time. In fact it is the only app that does this. I sure hope they come out with an update real soon! I gave it only 3 Stars because of the crash problem if it was not for that I would be more then happy to give it 5 Stars.

App works great, perfect for what it's intended for, locating a blue beacon per state, interstate etc....I only gave it 4 stars because it would be nice to incorporate a live video feed of the lines going into the bays to see how busy they are before a driver decides on that truck wash....ignore reviews of drivers that just had a bad experience BlueBeaconTruckWash doesn't control that, contact a store manager or write the company!

This review is just for BlueBeaconTruckWash itself. On my iPad I ALWAYS have to go into the location part and change the state because it ALWAYS has me in the state of Kansas. Which mean the nearest Blue Beacon that it shows is not near me. This is after I tell the iPad where I'm actually am located. Sometimes it's simply a hassle to even use. If the review was just on the BB, I'd give those a 4/5 stars (manager at the Atlanta location hit on me, not professional).

Finally after years of waiting they add support for iPads. I updated as soon as I saw that. Only thing that looks different is they got rid of the zoom for iPhone apps. Still no landscape view but the button are huge now, might be because I'm using a bigger iPad now. Still a decent app to find a blue beacon.

I usually don't go to blue beacons cause I have had shoddy service. I HAD to get the truck washed after the snow and slush my truck was god awful filthy.
I have never had a better wash on this truck as I did at the indianapolis blue beacon. They made a believer outta me for sure!!!!!
