App is very temperamental. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Frequently the mobile deposit functions fails.

I never know what my balance is as 1STSUMMIT is never up to date. It’s February 23, and none of my transactions have been updated since February 18. I am now stuck in messages. I went there to view a fraud alert and now I can’t get out. I’ve hit close ten times. I finally deleted 1STSUMMIT . I can’t believe how terrible his app is. How many days does it take to update an account? I hate 1STSUMMIT.

all 1STSUMMIT does is glitch out and have problems i’m about to switch banks because of it !!! tired of it

I like 1STSUMMIT , I like that I have the option to log into my account with 1STSUMMIT . The only down side is that it doesn’t show the latest information for your balance.

The bank itself it great, the check deposit on 1STSUMMIT is awful. Takes a perfect photo but says it needs to be retaken. Every check, every time.

Some of the features, i.e. remote deposit, seem to be unavailable or not working frequently.

In truth, 1STSUMMIT is good. It does not all for transaction search. The problem lies with the bank. Too slow for transactions to show up on electronic statement, no transaction history over weekend or holidays. If that would be corrected, and faster notifications, would be a great bank

I have a bank account with another local bank and their check deposit picture taking is much easier to use. Sometimes the picture is just black on the 1st Summit and I have to do it multiple times. But a good step in the right direction. A little late coming out with this though.

I love 1STSUMMIT as it’s a life saver for paying bills. However, the last update on bill pay took away a feature that I always used and am missing a lot! When in the screen to put in the actual amount you want to pay on a bill, it used to show the “last payment” for this payee on the top of the screen. It no longer shows your last payment on this screen, only on the screen that is 2 clicks prior to getting to this point. I have several bills that are the same amount every single month & I always used this feature to know how much to pay. Now, I have to try and memorize the exact amount from the main payees screen, to type in when I finally get to the payment screen. I know I could set up automatic payments for these payees, but I cannot always pay the same day each month, so this is not an option for me. Please bring back the feature of showing the last payment on the actual payment screen!! Thank you!

1STSUMMIT is easy to navigate. Allows you to pay bills, make transfers and view your balance which is great for me because I am always on the go. The only feature I wish they would add is a search option to search transactions. I've used it for two years now and have never had it crash or get any errors.

I love being able to see my balance my charges and deposits anytime. I also love the bill pay feature. It makes things so much easier. Thank you

I love 1STSUMMIT but I wish I could make “ principle payments only” on it

Need individual branch locations phone numbers listed, iPhone 5 screen size display. The ability to default to list view instead of map view when looking at locations.

A great improvement would be adding the ability to edit/update your bill pay contacts.

This banking service makes my life aside and it’s easy to use!!!

Really love the convenience of 1STSUMMIT. Depositing checks via phone/camera may be slightly difficult bc of shadows but better than driving to leave comforts of home.

Love 1STSUMMIT. I don’t have direct deposit, so this has made banking so easy, the depositing my check works great now! Love it

Great app that helps me avoid overdraft fees!!! Makes managing accounts easier.
