1 year agoHello, Salaam aly kum. We got a new iPad and downloaded the Muslim Pal app. Now we are not able to restore our purchase. We have removed all other devices and now we can’t log back in any of the devices. Please help.

Full version purchased. Not opening anymore
I purchased this full version App couple in 201 and Used it untill yesterday. After my phone update. It disappeared from my phone. Downloaded again. It will not allow complete download. Only 30th juzz opens and rest is locked . Asking to buy the rest again or it downloads a different version app. Do not like New version app. Hard time reading because of the appearance. I would rather have previous version. I lost all my memorized bookmarks throughout the app that was I was in process of memorizing. Very disappointed by the developer and app owners.

Bad Upgrade
I was a paid user for the previous version (originally targeted for kids to use) and gave me access to all features like multiuser and all surah access. Since the auto upgrade to this version: 1. I lost the full access to the older app 2. The UI of the new app is very bad I. The fonts are too small (even when u choose large) ii. The Ayat will scroll up and goes off the screen when you use the playlist feature iii. The tick bookmark box seem to overlap with the playlist ayat number. So u hv to keep clicking until u get it right 3. I don’t know what u did to the audio files, but it sounds like a recording of a recording. The older audio files were better quality 4. The reading pace button is too fast even when u choose the slowest pace. The older app is much better. Am very disappointed with the current version. You shud revert to the older one. It sure feels as if the new design was not tested with users who are new learners of the Quran. Sad.

The upgrade
So I just went on the app since I saw it was upgraded. Upgrades mean the app gets better. I think they made it worse. Before I mention what I don’t like I have to say the new app cover looks good. Ok so what I don’t like is that on the old version u could have multiple profiles for different people. On this version u have to pay for more then one. And for the reciters on the old version u just has to download the other reciters for the Surah. On this u have to pay for more reciters. I think this being a Quran app all the stuff should be free.
