App has become impossible to use

I have used Measure Map for over 5 years. It has been my go to for measuring turf and bed areas when generating landscape bids. Recently however it has become almost impossible to use. Every time I zoom into an area, and then zoom out, the map will not refresh and I am left with a mostly blank screen. I have to completely close out the app and restart to get the map to reload. This is causing great frustration, and has more than tripled the amount of time it takes me to measure a job. Also, several times per job, the pins and polygons stop showing up as I am mapping them, which once again requires me to close out and restart the app to solve the issue. If measure map does not find a solution soon, I will be forced to look for new mapping software.

Can “upgrade” to the standard version for $5. Unless, of course, you want the “professional” version (NOT the same as the pro version). That one will cost you $20!
Response To Developer Response: you may have been compelled to consolidate, but HOW you did it was deceptive. There was nothing in the description stating this so we would know before we downloaded, and your reason for leaving the word “Pro” in the name is beyond confusing and quite suspicious. As another reviewer noted, I may not have gotten what I expected, but I certainly got what I paid for.

1. Developer responding with 2 year old copy paste response that is no longer relevant.
As you can see below the developer starts off by mentioning an issue I reported 2 years ago where a browser window would open when one of the buttons was pressed. The response you see below is being coppied and pasted without so much as a glance at the current issues I'm reporting.
2. Even though I am already signed into iTunes.
The app requests I log in to iTunes every time I open the app.
3. When zooming in app allows you to overzoom and the entire screen goes white causing you to have to zoom back out.
Ideally it would zoom to Limit and not require the extra step.
4. App requests access to gps even though I have already granted access While using the app , but have location service deliberately disabled to conserve power.
5. When GPS location service is enabled. On my mini5 a big blue 1 mile diameter circle appears around my position. Never seems to disappear. This issue does not affect iphone 7+
