The app itself is interesting for those interested in the National Park system, but offers only rudimentary information. It also needs to be updated and corrections need to be made; I noticed that in the geographic location of Vicksburg Military Park (Mississippi) it is mislabeled as the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, which is in Washington, D.C. Also a new park in Waco Texas has not been added yet even though at this point it has been open a couple of months. This was after 5 minutes of looking at the app, so it's hard to believe that these are the only mistakes it contains.
I'm sure there were good intentions with this app but unfortunately it is not yet ready for prime time.

Says you can pin which parks you have been to, you cannot. Only reason we tried was to keep track of the parks visited, and this app does not do that, as they claimed. Misleading? Deliberate? Incompetent? Just trying to get money before being shut down? Would not spend the .99 as not worth even that.

New update now can't see anything but where you are. Was five star before the update.
Ok I uninstalled app and then reinstalled now it works again but still not as well as before the update.
