God’s Word Paired with Heresy

I am rarely moved to write a review about an app. I have several Bible apps and tend to use the same 4 or 5. But this looked interesting and so I downloaded it. I will be removing it, sadly.
While I appreciate the intent (pairing God’s Word with teaching on the areas of Scripture highlighted), there is no discernment used in the selection of Bible teachers/preachers. There are good teachers mixed in with a lot of bad teachers mixed in with heretical teachers. This is not ok. If you are new to Christianity, you need to understand that not everyone who says they are Christian, are Christian and you should not use this app for you will certainly end up learning serious and grievous untruths about our God.
This app has a good intent and dangerous execution.
There are better Bible apps available for free.
Not very useful

Would not recommend this app due to the poor Bible teaching. Yes the app has a nice interface and looks appealing, but don’t let that fool you. The app uses a diverse group of teachers that are very inconsistent with the basics of Bible teaching.
Olive Tree and Tecarta are better choices.
Decent, but some layout and nav issues

Clean look and love being able to turn off verses and footnotes. Unfortunately, header and footer are always visible and trying to move chapters in a book is a much longer process than necessary.
