I used it on my boat To see how fast I was going, and it worked as long as I was going slow. But when I get on the throttle it loses signal and doesn’t work, the high-speed Signal doesn’t seem to catch up to my device . They need to do an upgrade, I see one hasn’t been done in over year

Why does it only go to 120? I tried it on the bullet train in japan and it didn't work

I'm not having the same experience that everyone else says that they are having. Most of the time, the needle stayed on zero and it seems to have trouble finding a signal. Whenever it worked at all, it was not accurate.

I use it when I travel via Amtrak to get a sense of our speed. In many European trains a speedometer is present in each carriage, and this provides the same service here. It is nice to know you're blowing past traffic on I-95 at 120mph. My only request would to be able to optionally add KpH to an inner ring, as in automobiles.

Needed something for my boat and so I got this and tested it in my truck and it works great but it was about 2 mph under actual speed but close enough for me on my boat and best of all it is free.

MPHKPHSpeedometer is very accurate. I had a truck where the speedometer was off and I use this to judge by how much. I was around 5 mph off due to tire size. I am so glad I found MPHKPHSpeedometer. Thank you! I use it everywhere now.

App worked excellent!! Even under hard acceleration the needle was very accurate .. The digital speed on the SS Camaro matched perfect "154" sweet!

MPHKPHSpeedometer worked really well! I bought a cheap gas saver w no speedometer, so this is what I needed! It only stayed on 0 when laid flat in my lap. Very pleased!

This is the only app I could find that that has a very very close reading, it's as close as ( 1/2 ) to ( 1 ) mile off from my new car. ( Excellent App ).

Recently the sensor in my Jeep that let's the fuel injectors know how fast I'm going went out and it's been affecting the speedometer, causing the needle to twitch and not give accurate readings.

MPHKPHSpeedometer has been work great to hold me over until j can get this sensor repaired. I find MPHKPHSpeedometer to be absolutely amazing with its speed accuracy! Thanks very much to the guys that developed it.

This little app is quite surprising and simple. It is dead accurate at steady-state speeds but suffers a bit of a lag when starting or stopping. That's expected given the fidelity of GPS updates. The max speed indicator is a neat plus allowing you to see the highest speed over a given section of road. All in all, a great little app and definitely worth the price of admission.

I've been looking for an app that does this for a long time now. I've paid for other apps but they never work. This one is great because it's free and it actually works really good. Now you may be wondering why get a Speedometer app for when you can use the one in the car? Well maybe you want it if you're the passenger, or if you just want to see the speed of the car you are on. Again it works great over 3G, 2G, and even without data activated!

Needed an app to see how accurate my speedometer was after changing my rims from 16's to 18's, MPHKPHSpeedometer showed there to be a slight 2 mile per hour difference. Proven accurate as a friend (DPS Officer) also checked my speed with his laser speed gun.

Thanks for this, I tried two other apps before this one and for some reason, they were not as accurate.
