Seezn Not Available in English

Dear Seezn, ASTRO just released a reality show and it’s only available on Seezn so I’m here to tell you what you already know: (1) I was able to download the app in the US so this comment confirms that it is available overseas and in my country (2) the app listed English as one of the languages but the only English available is the description in the App Store and these comments, (3) you’ve been escalating to the relevant department manager for a year now so either you’re not escalating, you have a high turnover rate or perhaps you should consider more honest feedback on the manager’s next annual review and (4) I will be more than happy to show more interest and love if you either remove English as one of the languages or hire an engineer and product manager who can add that feature to the app. At the rate you’re going, it would be easier just to remove English as one of the language options. That way, (1) anyone choosing to download the app will just have to learn Korean, (2) I would be forced to redirect my comments to Fantagio for not choosing a more international friendly app and (3) perhaps you can recover some of the dignity you’ve lost with the low rating. 감사합니다! 안녕히 계세요!

Personally I don’t even know why this app is in the U.S AppStore because it isn’t made for English speakers at all I can’t understand a thing and it asks me to except information and agree to terms I can’t even understand which already puts me on edge and then I can’t figure out which episode is first and if there are even subtitles like come on the app should be able to see what country we’re In so why wouldn’t they set it to English in the first place.

I don’t understand WHY this is on the usa App Store when it’s not available in usa??? WHY?? Just take it off the American app store!!! Also say ‘NOT available in USA’ in the description.
But also WHY??? I would be more than happy to give you my money to watch shows. A completely dumb business move.
