WALB First Alert Weather Reviews

App works great most days. However, when you actually need it due to rainy conditions or bad weather it suddenly can’t locate you or the storm. Every time there is bad weather or even just a light shower or two my radar and the forecast just comes up with question marks and doesn’t load so you feel like you are just sitting blind and you try to find another way to know conditions.

It’s so great I always know what the weather will be and like right know there is tornado 🌪 stuff hapinig it also tells me when I need to get in my family’s safe spot

WALBFirstAlertWeather is great, but it is not loading correctly. I have to close WALBFirstAlertWeather several times before it loads correctly.

We always refer to WALBFirstAlertWeather in any weather.

WALBFirstAlertWeather is great as long as my WiFi is working... but as soon as the power is knocked out (as it was with Hurricane Michael) WALBFirstAlertWeather stopped working because my WiFi went out! WALBFirstAlertWeather cannot help anyone if it won’t work no matter what the data connection is.

Love WALBFirstAlertWeather!! I can definitely plan my day by WALBFirstAlertWeather!!

WALBFirstAlertWeather keeps you on top of instant weather, great for sports enthusiasts as well.

I check the WALB Weather app multiply times a day, addicted to the WALBFirstAlertWeather, just like I am Tik Tok! 😉🤣🤣

Such a great app. I always use it when it’s bad weather

App does give live feeds but doesn’t give severe weather alerts. Recently had learn of a tornado warning in our area via Facebook.

WALBFirstAlertWeather is very accurate. I use it during the school year so I can determine how I am going to do my hair the next day. WALBFirstAlertWeather always let's me know when humidity is trying to kill my vibe. But with such outstanding accuracy from WALB it allows me to plan ahead so I stay on fleek.

Weather map isn’t as good as on the old app! At about half magnification the map also reverts back to 10 year old map and seems out of focus.

Always one sided in politics. Never give credit where credit is due.

Love WALBFirstAlertWeather. Really simple, but still provides a lot of detail. Initial load time could be bit faster, but the interactive map makes it worth the wait.

The arrows that go to and from other locations has all of a sudden disappeared. Can't see weather for other locations that I keep saved. Please fix because this has always been my favorite weather app.

Amazing app! Best weather app I have ever had! I love that it is a local app also;) The radar part is awesome how it zooms in down to earth, pretty neat! Good job WALB;))

Please fix the push notifications for bad weather. I have had WALBFirstAlertWeather for a while and have yet to get a notification of bad weather. I have to turn in the tv to get tornado warnings and other severe weather warnings. The videos are impossible to watch. They take forever to load!

I installed WALBFirstAlertWeather last night. When I went to bed my iPad battery life was at 98%. When I got home from work this afternoon it was at 6%. That's ridiculous. I would recommend installing it when there is very bad weather, but then immediately uninstall it when the weather has passed.

Better than TWC app. Would rather have a local weather app anyways!

Too many ads, unable to use landscape mode, inconvenient set up. Don't bother with this one. If you have the earlier version keep it!

This is a great app when it is working. But a lot of times it will not boot up. Over and over til you finally just give up.
