7.0 is not as good. [First off, I’m a frequent user of this app when traveling or when my physical breviary is not at hand and thus I am grateful for this app. Thank you.] Now to practicals, The auto scroll is not smooth when you scroll back. The layout of menus makes it harder to get back to the Home Screen menu. Dark mode isn’t optimized well enough. The jump ahead options are barely readable in the color chosen. And there’s no global dark mode, just the readings so your eyes are blinded by the white home screen before you go to the readings in dark mode of you are praying in the dark or only by candle light at night or early in the morning. Overall, the last version was just fine (bedsides all the pop up ads to give). If 7.1 fixes these, then ok. But right now, 7.0, don’t upgrade.

I have been using this app for years and there have been many updates that improved this app a lot over time… (such as swipe gestures, true black dark mode, fluid text scrolling etc.) but the latest update is a real big step backwards… it’s almost unusable on iPhone now. All the features I just listed are now removed along with no home button (meaning if your in a specific hour of the breviary, you now have to click you way back to the menu by hitting back multiple times) and no was to exit a particular hour without exiting full screen mode then clicking back 3 or 4 times). I hope they fix this soon!

My app keeps displaying a blank white page if i try and launch without a good internet connection . Even other friends with iphones dont seem to have this problem but when i do it doesnt clear up with a better connection- i keep having to delete and download again. Sometimes i have the wrong readings and sometimes they have different readings but im the only one that seems to have this problem with a blank white page after a bad connection attempt to launch the app Sent from my iPhone
