Who wants an app to just start playing a random episode the second you open the app? Sometimes I am in a setting were Rick and morty is not appropriate. This design choice makes it annoying to even open the app to check on shows or browse. Additionally, the app does not let you fill in your login data at random times after you click a provider and will just automatically give access to shows. However if you attempt to play anything it will say you must contact a service provider. The issue is solely on the app, as I was never given the option to enter my data. Somehow, after refreshing and much frustration I was able to get it to work on my phone. This glitch occurs across their app on other platforms as well. In the case of my tv and am utterly unable to use the app. Also make sure to slide the slider in the settings so they do not sell your data!

I can’t say much about this app because every time I try to watch anything, about once in every 15 times I try to load anything I might get picture of the opening ad. Then go through that maybe another 10 times before it will stop freezing the picture during the ad just to freeze at the start of the video. Very disappointing that it takes over an hour just to watch something that’s less than 30 minutes. Pathetic really. Just now I have spent the past 10 hours trying to watch a single episode on this app and couldn’t even make it to the half-way commercials. This is 2019 and your app acts like it was written in the 90’s and never updated. Actually I take that back, in the 90’s even with the slowest dialup speed I could watch a 30 minute episode of something faster than this. Let that sink in guys..... your app is worse than 90’s speed on a 90’s program. Full service 4G on a modern app should never be this bad.

Came on here to update my review, only to see that my comment has been removed...again? 🤔 Seems a little fishy [Adult Swim]. My previous comments were not out of line, inappropriate, or wrong for that matter so someone behind the scenes is up to something. Is that because you guys offer and out of date application that has horrid features? An application that will randomly crash on you, then force you to re-watch the ads time after time after logging back on? Or is it because your shows sometimes won’t even upload the video, even while on a 5G source? And no I don’t want to hear a developers response recommending me to HBO max. Both services you guys provide are so poor in quality it’s not worth the time. Just like how I’m wasting my time making another honest review. I would give the app a 0 out of 5 if I could.
