I’m a subscriber and came on to use app like I have everyday since I decided to subscribe. But this morning it’s telling me to upgrade to become a subscriber AGAIN , now out the blue! What is going on I am already subscribed ???!!!!! Please help there is no way to restore my subscription really pisses me off. I am already a subscriber are you trying to double charge me monthly? Please respond ,this is really illogical to me when I’m a subscriber but suddenly it seems it’s reset itself as if I am not. And where is the money I’ve paid to subscribe what has happened to that ! Someone please contact me very upsetting this has happened. I am a subscriber already and now lost the subscription where is the money I pay monthly?? What’s going on....

This used to be my favorite app but I recently went to look through pictures I'd had of my puppy that died and it had been changed completely. That's fine but I could have done with some warning - have all my photos been deleted??? I had some pretty priceless pictures and since it wasn't all that easy to save pictures on the old Tadaa, I'm crushed that I didn't have a backup. Does anyone know if there's a way to get to my profile on this new Tadaa or did they delete that portion of the site entirely? If so, bad move on their part as the community was the best part.

This app works awesome until a few months ago when after editing a lot of photos, I noticed the save or next button disappears and I have to exit out of the app and restart the whole editing process again bc it doesn't save. I waited for the app to update and it's still has done the same thing through two versions. Don't know if it's just my Iphone, but it really slows down my process and is just annoying. It's like Photoshop crashing every three to five images without saving...!
