Adds are distracting

The app is very useful and convenient to use. The choices of food options is excellent however the new feature of the advertising scrolling across the screen is extremely distracting. I’ve tried to eliminate them but the next time I open app they are back. Also it would be nice to have an option of tracking Smart points in addition to points plus.
Not working on mobile after version update

Hi developers,
Thank you for the wonderful job for this tracking app. It works perfectly in the past, but it stopped working after the version update a couple days ago. (Nothing happened after clicking the app; no any page displayed)
Awesome app, no customer support

Like the title says, the app is great but the customer support is contracted to a 3rd party (Zendesk) which does not respond. I got locked out of my app for two days waiting for the third-party to get back to me and get me back into my app. I finally figured the issue out on my own but it’s now three days later and the third-party still has not contacted me for support. I would not get the paid version of this app until they get their customer service fixed.
