Update made this unnecessarily complicated. Page no longer fits correctly on iPhone. Used to be able to glance at debt page and see when I made last payment. Now it’s buried about 3 layers deep. Little snowflake only shows on some debts but all are included in the debt snowball. Used to be able to customize and pick the exact order I want to pay off debts-now you choose from their four choices. Used to be able to pick exact snowball amount, now you pick from their choices. Things are buried in a complicated fashion. About 3 steps to make a payment. I will now be looking for simpler app when this used to fit the bill. Complicating apps does not make them better. Last layout was simple-now it’s hard to see and find things. Whoever developed this update doesn’t use the app.

Used this app for a long time and the update ruined it. All data gone. Backup file won’t load and says error downloading. I re-entered all my stuff and found some of the features I loved on the older version weren’t there like customizing the order you want to pay debts down.

I get as a company you want to update things and make things better as you grow, however I think this is a clear example of don’t fix what ain’t broke. I will give you guys a few more days to fix this since I have been with you for so long. If not, I’m gone. Plenty other apps that do this same thing

I was really excited when I got this app because of the great reviews. Initially I entered in the amount of my debt and interest rates and I played with the feature that shows what method you use to pay down your debt and how it affects your pay off time in the interest saved. Exciting! However, when I went to enter the due dates (it's currently the middle of the month) it wouldn't allow me to do anything except select a date between 1-28. There is no month function. If you are in August and that specific date hasn't occurred yet it defaults to August and there's no way to change it. I have no bills due in August. I'm paid out in a way where they're due in September and October. Now I'm trying to figure out what alarms to set in my calendar so I will be *able* to put in a correct due date and alter my balances. Unnecessary work and stress. This should be a straight forward and easy fix.
