I can't send any message from my romeo account even tough i tried to upload and verify my email Id. It always keep saying that your account is limited from contracting Romeo until you verify your email. This is so frustrating!!😒

I have been a member of gayromeo for 20 years, and paid them for many of those years. But the company makes changes and refuses to listen to paying customers. They moved some time ago to the grindr type of service...instant hookups (for sex) in your local area. That is not what I and many other users want. But they also dropped the country wide search option. There was no need to drop that feature. It was one of the main reasons I used gayromeo. I want to search for someone in the country I live in, or sometimes a country I am going to visit. To search my own country they have made me do the work instead of the computer. I have to do many searches based on the larger cities. It is a database. It holds location data. It is sooooo easy to provide a country wide search option. It doesn't affect their preferred grindr model. It just ADDS another option for a different type of customer. For a business to ignore long term customers is a bad idea. They also now delete EVERYTHING after 7 days. If I asked someone a question last week, this week I am busy at work, next week I read their reply...but I forgot what I asked and their reply makes no sense to me now. The question I asked has been deleted. All details of who I viewed, who I contacted is all gone after 7 days. Other sites, like recon, keep everything. I can look back at conversations I had with people many years ago. The only way round this is to use the option to email the conversations to myself...after every message. So I end up with a series of emails with snippets of conversations in them. I have to manually join them together to see a full conversation. Again they have made me do the work of the computer. As a software engineer for 44 years, I hate being forced to do things manually that computers can do so easily...on a good web service. Gayromeo used to be one of the best sites....now it is a very poor site. I use others much more than this one now....START listening to your customers!!!
