Better thai dictionary available out there 👎😩

I would give it two stars but all the fake reviews take another star away

I use ThaiDictionary just about every day, it's easy and fun to use. I recommend buying all the in-app products ( or the Pro version ) as they add so much more to ThaiDictionary ! Add the Thai keyboard from your iOS system settings... it is so much fun learning Thai. A great product from a great company!

Good quality app. Few bugs and it presents interesting games to learn or stay current on you Thai skills.

The translations, however, are not always accurate. Sometimes the Thai word will be a verb and the English word will be a noun, for example. I've also seen some words where the English word is slightly different from the Thai words I've seen used in similar circumstances. It would be great to use the classic Thai-English dictionary published by Mary Haas.

This is the best Thai app in ThaiDictionary Store and you should download it if you are learning Thai or speak Thai and are learning English. It has all words written in Thai script and, newly added, it speaks all Thai words! Perfect for those of us who are always mispronouncing everything.

The pronunciations are not always accurate, but I read Thai so this is not a difficulty. I use it to try to keep my rusty Thai from disappearing entirely and it seems to be helpful for that. I am glad of the word a day feature, although I kind of miss it having both English to Thai and Thai to English selections.

I use it all the time for study and have yet to come across a word that isn't in here!

I'm writing this as a native speaker. I got curious so I downloaded ThaiDictionary. Definitely advice against buying it!

The speaker clearly isn't Thai native. The meaning they compiled isn't the best. I randomly clicked on a few words and already found quite a few errors ranging from mispronunciation to wrong interpretation. For example: abolitionism isn't written or pronounced as *ลัก*ธิการล้มเลิก

This is a dictionary, everything must be correct.

After touching icon to hear a word it just keeps going blabbering away running all words together so if you just want to hear what the word sounds like it is difficult and difficult just to repeat and get that word alone. No idea what it is doing.

Good and easy to use! The translation is in Thai, so you have to know Thai. Very good so far.

You have to be able to read Thai to use ThaiDictionary, which I can't. It's a pity because it has more vocabulary than other free Thai dictionaries.

Not really sure how anyone can give an honest review of ThaiDictionary

It looks great, but I could only use it for 4 words (playing sounds) before it told me my trail period was over.

I assume for most people if you can not pronounce a word and require ThaiDictionary to speak for you - there is not much chance of being able to read the word either.

Would have been nice to to able to use ThaiDictionary for a day to determine if I wanted to purchase it. As is is now, I am on the the others I downloaded to try

I hope Thai-English dictionary will be improved the quality in fast progress.

Great APP. One of the best yet. Would like to see volume controls for the pronunciation and more slang words in data base, but everything else is very good.

It will be better if ThaiDictionary speaks thai offline

Works great. Can search in English or Thai. No need to be online. Nice.

I downloaded it and searched for a simple phrase, "drive straight", not on the list and after three lookups of other words it said my trial period was over and locked me into a screen of chargeable upgrades. Never mind.

I'm Thai. And I'm using it as a Thai to eng. regularly. This one is the best so far.
