I really don’t understand this My Mail system. I get messages every day of mail arriving but I rarely get any mail delivered. On average one of ten mail pieces actually arrives at my mail box. There is either a problem with the My Mail app or a problem with our mail person.

I’m a retired letter carrier from New York City with 35 years of service. I’m also living here as well. I’m well aware of the demographics between the two countries as well as to the costs of running the service and just learned through the news that Canada post will be reducing deliveries from 5 days a week down possibly 2-3 days. Which means that layoffs will be involved, let’s see just how strong Union Leadership really is. By the way I also receive an overseas election ballot , mine was mailed out from New York this past February 7, 2024 for the primary in April and didn’t receive till a week past the voting date !!

Terrible shipping service order item from Ssense and item hasn’t moved in 3 days what type of shipping service is this. SSENSE SHOULD seriously stop using you guy how are you delaying people package from entering US and theirs no one to contact anybody to figure out what going on SMH

I don’t understand the point of a daily notice that something is coming in the mail today. No idea what.
In the USA the postal service system scans the mail and sends images of what is to arrive today. This is just a waist of my time.

I can’t get any information on my package. I don’t have an order number and tracking number says it doesn’t exist. I would expect more than the non information I received. They’re has been no resolution to this issue.

A package was received through customs and then was lost and never was found or was I ever contacted about it again! Very poor service!! Now my comment will NOT send because every nickname ( I have to enter a nickname before it will send) I pick it says is already taken!! Really!!

CanadaPost works poorly. They asked for the address on the label and while I got it from the seller they disconnected me. When I tried to reconnect CanadaPost would not allow me to do so.
My package was marked delivered but never arrived

Been three weeks and I still do not know where my package is in its shipping process. I do not have good feeling not knowing where my package is. I am not Canadian, but is should not matter my authenticity. Because we all are people getting along in this vast world in which we live. (Right) so where is my package !

CanadaPost would be useful if I could log in and get info like on the web site.
It’s pretty useless currently since I can go to the web site and track shipments if I know the tracking number.
I just want to log in and see the list of incoming and outgoing packages like on the Canada post website.
ATM the website is far more useful than CanadaPost.

I was delighted to find out about CanadaPost, but unfortunately I was disappointed. It only provides info about a small subset of your mail. For anything it classifies as "general mail" (including handwritten envelopes but Alstom other things where it isn't clear what the criteria are), you just get the number of pieces coming, no other info. The USPS version sends you an image of your mail, which would be super helpful here. If the could find a way to include all your mail then it would be perfect.

Everything is ok except when it wanted to confirm my address and it kept flagging my “municipality”. It does not recognize my American city.

For more than a week I got a whole bunch of updates, but the updates all indicated that the package was in the first city that it reached when the package from Canada reach the United States.

Today its says that the package was delivered on my porch or front doorstep. That does not seem to be the case. I will have to check the mailbox in the community to see if it arrived there.

I’m enjoying this service it tells me when I receive parcels to my community mailbox and let me track it also It’s really a very practical app to have on your mobile

Great to have app. Tracks packages, finds postal codes, does all it’s designed to do and more. Gets better with each update. Well done! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a package being shipped to the states via Canada Post. Quick shipping, only to be held up in New York; customs for 7 days. Canada Post provided step by step location during the shipment.

CanadaPost keeps you updated daily on your delivery. Easy to understand. I can check anytime I want on my delivery.

The accuracy and service . Has been Wonderful. On time delivery and not one issue. Thank you all for your service!

Canadá Post should have an online option to pay any amounts owed for delivery, instead the customer will have to visit the post office. Not good these days or necessary given the technology is available.
