I am reporting failed delivery number 5. I have phoned and spoken to someone several times - they promised to look into it and resolve issue. Today - yet again, no delivery. I would like to contact the newsagency directly who handles deliveries in my area to discuss whatever is going on. Can you please advise who this is so I can resolve my issue as it looks like you cannot. Non delivery has happened many times over the past years with you, but now I have had enough, and with the cost of your paper increasing, I feel I should not have to pay double - ie buy one and be charged for one. I should like someone to call me to discuss -my mobile should be in your system. It is not rocket science to put a paper in my front yard each morning is it? Not happy

Subscription: TS 221 5289 I am no longer receiving the online version of the paper. I received the Sunday front page but it would not open. I did not even receive the front page for Monday.

My problem is with my voucher / digital pre paid version of the Telegraph. My prescription is current, Mr John Bussey, 64 Harnham Rd., Salisbury SP2 8JJ. My son Dr DBJ Bussey is one of my additions. I am no longer able to get the crossword, the vertical list of items omits the crossword. Until recently the list of items included the cryptic crossword. The last item in the horizontal listing of items. Although my subscription is current my Son gets a no subscription message. Poor effort!!!

I received an email asking me to rejoin as you were sorry to see me go a few months ago so i rejoined and nothing has changed!! Most expensive subscription and the app still has not been updated since may! Get your act together !!

Not what I thought

I thought this was the UK version of the Telegraph. It's not, it the Aussie version. Ok newspaper but just wasted $6. Not happy that this isn't clear on the page.

Only OK

I live in the US and was hoping for a good newspaper app from home. This is not a good app. It's slow and lay out is terrible and not user friendly. Not worth the money! Just like Australia it's way to expensive!
