Hello, I can not find any email address to contact Naver for support with an issue. But Naver does not allow you to make an account without a phone number. I was trying to make an account only to find out that someone with an inactive account is using my phone number. How do I remove my number from their account so that I can use it? Please, please respond. I’m very confused and distressed.

Whenever I try to make an account I fill out all the in the information then when it comes to verifying the account I never get a message of verification. I’ve also tried twice to login.

Sign In with Apple is broken and won’t let you log in.
If you sign up for an account, the verification via text message doesn’t work.
If you manage to make an account and login, it marks your account as suspicious and tells you to contact customer service. Despite trying to cater to non-Korean speakers, the whole support website is in Korean.
