Is not open
Just switched from Android to iphone and the Airfrance App does not load? Only white screen with Air France on top of screen. Thank you for your help! Brigitte Nedellec
App deleted our flights will not let us sign in. Error message.
unable to login
I am unable to open AF app. Please advise
App does not let me login. Shows all my flights and points balance etc but in effect I am not logged in because it does not let me search fr award tickets. I can login from my laptop no issues.
Both iPhone and iPad app doesn't let you search business class availability if you don't have enough miles in your account. I do and it still won't allow me to choose business class as a search option
I am looking for flights on the app and get a message “ something went wrong” all the time
Tried for hours, both on ipad and on Android phone to log in. First it says you already have an account but then it says please enter a valid email address. I tried to make a new account with my gmail address and can't get into that either. VERY FRUSTRATING.
