Just updated it today because it says it needs to be updated and now that I did, LosAngelesChargers just crashes every time I open it. I tried restarting my phone and then uninstalling LosAngelesChargers and reinstalling, nothing works. You would think and NFL team has a decent app but you would be wrong

Whenever I am sent tickets, I need to go to my email and accept the tickets. Then I need to log onto Ticketmaster to get the tickets. Then I need to go to the Chargers app and log onto Chargers then log onto Ticketmaster in the Chargers app to get my tickets. Then I need to download the tickets into my wallet. I do not do this with any other app or ticket. You can do so much better…

I love the Charger app BUT!! I’m missing the audio during the games! Bring it back!

Visiting from New York! Our daughter lives in L.A. The stadium is beautiful but the acoustics are not good. When people were speaking on the screen it was almost impossible to understand them.
I am handicapped and I had purchased Level 5 seating. Guest services was very helpful and was able to switch our seats to accessible seating on Level 4. It has been an awesome day!

The is a great app love everything about it execpt there is no search bar so say I can’t use my phone for a while for some reason I can’t go back and watch old interviews or videos not asking for a new app just a search bar.

Love LosAngelesChargers . No complaints so far. Would like to see a widget for both iPhone and iPad for the score. Hate having to rely on ESPN as they show other teams and sports that I’m uninterested in. A deticated Chargers widget would be excellent. Thanks

1. We need to draft/ sign a stud right tackle. Storm cannot handle the good pass rushers as demonstrated last night.
2. Draft/sign a all purpose back/slot guy to complement Ekeler.
3. Don’t let our current quality players walk because management is trying to save money (read cheapskate).
4. Try to not shoot yourselves in the foot next season. E.g. games against Cowboys, Texans. Great teams take care of business against teams they should beat, and are super competitive against other elite teams.

Love LosAngelesChargers keeps me up in all the new information and reminds me when the games will be starting

App crashes to many times I can’t get sell my tickets ….

Going back to the days of John Hadle, the Chargers have always been a link to fond memories of my dad and I enjoying some father and son together. Now that he is past on, the “Boltz” serves as a great reminder of how truly wonderful a man he was.
Your outreach to the local fan base can only grow the Charger family and along with charitable functions like the one with Antonio Gates and Ladanian Tonkin which saw some 180 bikes donated to needy kind in the community goes a long way. Bolt On!!!!!!

LosAngelesChargers itself works well and has many useful features. But the content is what keeps me coming back.

i check my app daily and there seems to be no shortage of content! All kinds of detailed videos, stats, and lots more. Im obsessed with the Chargers so it fills all needs for me

Gives good info and updates every week even when out of playoffs and offseason also other entertaining stuff like gaming center go chargers

Counted on LosAngelesChargers for the last several years to hear the chargers games. I live across the country and are stuck watching bs like the panthers and the patriots. Today I was very disappointed when I couldn’t tune in.

Chargers are looking good Herbert is the right choice and best pick for that position and Tyrod Taylor is a scholar and a gentleman and a great player and he knows he can do more at another position and this draft 6th pick was worth double then what we gave him , Next Phillip Rivers with a young arm , a hell of a good eye. Just do that for 60 min every game ‘ Hunter Henry you to kick it up for k. Allen. Go ! Chargers !

I have been able to listen to the games for 4 years now and I listen to the first two games this year, but suddenly I cannot listen to the live broadcast anymore. Did the broadcast stop being aired over the internet? I live in Illinois so it's not like I have any other way to tune in without paying hundreds for tv subscriptions. It would be nice to get a notice of some sort to see if this is the case or if it's just a bug and it should still be airing over the internet.

1st- there is no need for LosAngelesChargers to need my location. Especially for me to see the schedule. My location will not determine where the Chargers will be playing. If LosAngelesChargers included a section where fans can check in on a message board that would make sense.

2nd- Why is there not a section with the Chargers roster and team bios and stats. Fans want that information. I would spend a lot more time on LosAngelesChargers if it were more fan friendly. For now it looks like an app that some pencil pusher made up to get more exposure to sell other apps.

I think the developer(s) have just given up on LosAngelesChargers. It's actually worse than the day I downloaded it. It crashes and freezes CONSTANTLY. Not one basic feature has worked properly, end to end, one single time. I question whether anyone has unit tested this much less regression tested it. I have NO idea how it ever passed Apple's "stringent standards" for inclusion in LosAngelesChargers Store. I've been a Charger fan since 1964 - growing up watching them first in Balboa stadium and then watching Jack Murphy stadium be built. As an adult I had season tickets during the Air Coryell years. Then I had to move across country 10 years ago and I was thrilled to see LosAngelesChargers. I thought it would keep me in touch and up to date with my team. What a disappointment. Either fix it or pull the plug. This thing is an insult to fans and good developers everywhere.

Please fix video playback!!! Please fix audio playback!!!

You’ll notice when you play a video, that you can’t fast forward or rewind. You’ll notice if you swipe to your control center or leave LosAngelesChargers , that the video will not resume when you return, and the only way to get it to play again is to start it from the beginning. Accidentally tap that notification that came in? Yeah. Have fun starting the video over again. I guarantee you’ll get frustrated and decide to not watch it, or to find a different source.

Approximately half of the content posted is video—and it’s probably the most popular content for people to enjoy, and yet these issues have been going on for years. No matter what iOS device you’re on, and despite all the updates over the years, video playback in LosAngelesChargers is really bad.

When you play an audio post, like a podcast episode—you can’t leave LosAngelesChargers and let it run in the background, and you can’t fast forward or rewind. Useless.

Tip: For radio broadcast, go to the menu and choose “Live.” If you play it back from anywhere else, it treats the audio like video, so leaving LosAngelesChargers or locking your screen means the audio stops. Sometimes even the “Live” section does this, but quitting LosAngelesChargers and restarting seems to resolve it.

PLEASE PUT MORE WORK INTO LosAngelesChargers. These issues have been going on far too long.

Just updated to make sure I had most current version but audio wasn’t working and score shows 0-7 in the 1st qtr. they are currently about to start 3rd, so clearly there needs to be a major update here. And why no live audio?! Drives me nuts.

My notification settings are limited to score updates, but still get every notification. Gave up on LosAngelesChargers. Will use another app for score updates.

No more audio. The NFL isn’t ripping people off enough as it is so now you can no longer listen to game day audio. Hard pass. LosAngelesChargers gives a new definition to the word Homer. They only show highlights of the Chargers so we can lose 49-7 and you’d think we won 7-0.

LosAngelesChargers never really worked well at all but, now it’s total trash. Nothing populates, no links work, notifications go nowhere and just a total disappointment. I bet NO OTHER TEAMS app is this terrible.
Maybe it’s just the iPhone 8+ on iOS 13+ but, I doubt it as LosAngelesChargers has always underperformed.

Pros:
1. Original content
- Henne is a talented writer who is obviously passionate about our Bolts. Hayley Elwood and Chris Hayre provide regular video updates. On a side note I miss Jordan Beane and Ricky Henne’s Behind the Bolt segment which has been discontinued since Beane left
2. Modern interface
- the UI looks very nice and modern, and I like how the loading screen when first opening LosAngelesChargers changes every now and then to a different player.

Cons
1. iPad Pro 11” display is not supported
- LosAngelesChargers takes up a much smaller footprint than the actual display size. This issue shows large black bars on each side of the device instead of utilizing the rest of the display.
2. Picture in picture not supported
- LosAngelesChargers does not allow you to utilize the common PiP functionality used in multitasking.
3. Video player leaves much to be desired (iPad Pro & iPhone XS)
-the video player is temperamental. If you click or drag down any incoming notification the video stops playing. This would be tolerable if you could play the video from where you left off, but the video will restart from the beginning, even though the video bar on the bottom says you’re still in the middle. If you slide the bar to rewind or forward from this point it will become unresponsive.

Message to Developers:
Please please please look into my cons as these are on going issues that need to be addressed.

I love LosAngelesChargers so much. It’s literally the highlight of my day, everyday. Bolt Up!! ⚡️⚡️⚡️

Below is my old review before this last bug fix. The good still stands (I love LosAngelesChargers) and now the video problem was fixed!!! Yay! I just tested it out and after the video played it brought me back to LosAngelesChargers instead of shutting down.

Old review:
Love how quickly LosAngelesChargers is updated with new content. It has a really easy layout and performs well. Only issue with this version is that after watching a video clip it shuts down LosAngelesChargers if you let the clip play to the end. Maybe it's just an iPhone 5 thing, not sure. Bothersome, but not so much that I won't use it.

Great app! I love getting all my updates in one place plus how cool is it just to see the icon on your screen. Only complaint is that 20% of the very few picture are of the Charger Girls. I want to see more of the guy in action, not the girls doing flips. Give them their own app or just a separate folder. Thanks, keep up the good work!

This is a huge upgrade over previous versions. Only issue I've had is that once a video has finished playing, it closes LosAngelesChargers down completely rather than returning to a page and it needs to be relaunched to continue using it.

I've had LosAngelesChargers ever since I can remember, but just recently, whenever I open LosAngelesChargers it says connection error. Although my connection is perfectly fine LosAngelesChargers continues to give me this message. I'm not sure what to do?
