I checked with the teller at the desk who told me there is NO restriction with performing a mobile deposit however when I try to do it on Service1st it tells me that it’s disabled. I’m out of state most of the time so this function would certainly be helpful. I have no clue why the teller would investigate it and tell me I have NO restrictions but this stupid app says differently. Fix the mobile deposits.
My favorite feature - and 99% of the time only reason for using Service1st - is/was the quick view. That feature (at least for me) is gone. I don't have any other use for Service1st .
I'll wait until the end of the month, but if it isn't back, Service1st is gone. In the age of cellphones, why keep it? I can just as easily log into my account on the website from my cellphone. It takes the same amount of time and gives more options.
I checked to see if my app needed updated and it does not but I cannot access the Face ID or save password function does not show up. This is super annoying every time I want to see my balances I have to type the password in.
My review is regarding the recent upgrade to Service1st . I prefer Service1st prior with being able to see my balances on quick view without having to log into my account every time I'm curious too what my balances are. It was more handy, time efficient and spent less screen time on thee phone.
We feel like family at this credit union and appreciate all the help and support from Ms Tina Cupp she should definitely be employee of the year award for going out on a limb and having faith in my husband and myself and giving us this golden opportunity to prove ourselves to this bank and we are now proud owners once it’s paid off of a new car thanks for all u do
The only downside to Service1st is when I try to log-in after 11PM it is a struggle. I either get an error or message about system maintenance. It is hard when I am out past that time and traveling and can't transfer over money or even look at my balance. That is all.
Service1st is smooth and easy to use, but the mobile deposit feature only works half the time. It will frequently fail to let you capture an image of the back of your check, instead immediately processing the deposit after capturing the first image. It won't allow you to fix the error and capture the image of the back. It's very annoying to have to explain this to the bank whenever I have to physically deposit a check that says "mobile deposit only" on the back.
App is good but would be great to be able to add notes to money transfers like main site. Also photo deposits needs work sometimes very difficult to use.
I love Service1st it’s so easy to use and everything is at my finger tips!!!

I love Service1st! The only thing that would be great is to be able to transfer to one of my saved external banks via the mobile app instead of having to go on the internet website to do the transfers.

I have to re enter my password EVERY time I want to check balances or even enter Service1st . Even with “save password” on, it still prompts. And the Face ID option completely vanished. Yikes
I was so excited to find out that this credit union had an app and was surprised to find out how fast and convenient it was!!!! Love it!
Very easy to use, and quickly navigate to where you need to go. I love that it is formatted for iPhone and iPad as well.
Will never deal with a regular bank the rest of my life… Because of Service 1st Credit Union. I Will always have a credit union. Love all the employees at the Shamokin Dam branch.
