Have to say I've got to the stage of not even trusting you not to use my login email for unlawful purposes now! I've tried to contact you repeatedly about the fact you've been relieving my bank account of just about £30 per-month without, subsequently, giving me any access to your site. This is a last resort before I resort to other means.

I have written to you or otherwise tried to contact you a number of times to ask why I'm paying you £30pm... yet don't have any access to the site. In addition, every time I log in, I'm presented with a menu for a new plan... at cost of course!!! Is it too much to expect an answer before I turn my toes up?

Why the hell do I have to pay extra to send mseeages or emails to members. A paid up member should be able to send message to anyone, without having to buy pointe in order to send messages. This is is ridiculous!! I want a refund! This dating service is nothing but a scam.

I recently went thru your dating app and created a profile. I met someone thru your online dating site, and everything was going just fine, in the beginning. My question is, do you know who people are when they really create an online profile? And how are they truly identified as to actually being the person who is creating the online profile? Do they have to have some sort of proof who they are, so you know that you're not dealing with a person out of prison or a scammer of some sort? Are you able to identify the person by their email by providing the email address and a phone number they used? So, the reason for my contacting you are for these reasons: he started defrauding me of money saying he was in another country, and his bank account was frozen. He claimed he was in Leeds England by his mum. How do you verify these people? From the reading of what others had to say, it looks like you do nothing. Not happy about this at all.
