Bonjour. Je viens de constater à ma grande surprise, que vous m'avez renouvellé un service pour une durée d'un an, pour un montant de 89,99 euro. Je ne vous ai jamais autorisé à le faire. J'ai bien utilisé vos services en juin de 2023, pour un vol aller retour Paris-Vienne. Et je n'ai plus eu besoin de vos serices. Et je ne souhaite plus les avoir. Et je viens d'informer mon fournisseur de carte de crédit de ne pas reconnaître l'achat. Je vous prie de m'effacer de vos registres et de ne plus me faire payer un service que je ne souhaite pas, et, j'insiste, je n'ai JAMAIS demandé à prorroger pendant l'année 2024. Merci d'avance.

I booked my flight 2 days after cause of COVID I have to cancel with the application. They told me I don’t need to contact them. My flight was in 7 days. Nothing change they don’t cancel my flight. My request is in hold.
I contact the day before my flight, a guy told me that he can’t cancel my flight, that only the airline company can do it and he can’t refund me. ( I took insurance) I contact quickly the airline company and they confirmed me that only Go Boyage can cancel cause I bought my ticket with them.
I call again and someone finally cancel my plane at time. Nevertheless do nothing concerning the process for be refund. That normally they must make the request. He told me to call the insurance myself etc I found the information but until now impossible le to be refund nobody answer me .
Don’t new of insurance and impossible to contact Go Voyage they block me the possibility to talk by message with them on the application. They did absolutely nothing. On the application my cancellation flight is still in hold nothing change. Despite that someone canceled my flight. They just really don’t care.
I just lost 350$ .so Don’t do the same mistake , cause if you have to cancel cause of COVID... they will do nothing for help. They just want your money that it.
