Probably the best weather app for the casual user. Simple, direct and accurate. This is a must have.
If I had a job where weather would affect my decisions, I would have no problem in upgrading to their professional version.
Get WeatherOffice. It's invaluable.
WeatherOffice is good but it doesn't' t show the hourly weather. If it does then VoiceOver isn't able to read it.
Simple to use....good information that is well organized
I have gone through many different weather apps looking for a decent one. This one seems to be pretty dead on for my area. This says a lot because I don't live in or near a big city. I wish that the radar map was a little more interactive. Like on the Weather Bug where you can scan and look other places. It helps to see weather that is moving in not just what is already here.
Nice replacement for Weather app that's not available on iPad. Graphics leave a bit to be desired but weather data is useful.
Fits what I expect from an instant weather overview with push of single button. To be complete you could add a surface map showing current fronts and jet stream so we could have full picture of forecasts. Great app! Use 5 times a day!
This provides a quick snapshot of current weather and forecasts for cities one can bookmark for future use. Very handy for a quick look without subjecting yourself to an onerous menuing system.
I’ve used this for a few years, and appreciate its simplicity and that the UI is accessible with voiceover for visually impaired users. Occasionally a site doesn’t refresh its weather, which I think may have to do with that WeatherStation; it doesn’t happen for all sites. This has become less of an issue over time.
Clear and reliable weather tool.
I like the forecasts and clear, simple graphics & the map. I like selecting cities, great for travel, too! Thanks for nice design!
Intuitive, simple, well organized, great interface that provides most important info with a quick glance.
Maybe Apple should buy WeatherOffice too
I love it and the weather is pretty accurate so far. But I really love the animation. I would recommend it to anyone else.
I have searched and tested many free weather apps. This is the best one I have found.
This is great. The ads aren't too intrusive like some other crap out there.
Accurate, even more than some of the paid weather apps I've tried. Good interface and works great up in the wilds in Canada too!
Great descriptions which make it easy for anyone to understand what is happening in your area. Definitely should be one of your weather apps!
In addition to radar, WeatherOffice gives the weather service statements. We live in Denver but spend a considerable portion of our time at 9,000 feet altitude and cross the Continental Divide enroute. WeatherOffice lets us fine-tune our travel plans to avoid the treacherous ice and snow on I-70 during Fall, Winter, and Spring. Certainly worth a try IMO.
I love it
I like the easy way it is organized. Easy to read day to day.
I would recommend it to everyone .
Provides all required information from trustworthy NWS source in one easily accessed site.
I really like WeatherOffice
WeatherOffice is complete awesomeness. Like all the other people who use voiceover have said it works very well with voiceover. Also WeatherOffice is nice because there isn’t an hourly forecast shoved in your face before the daily one or you don’t have to click on anything to get the daily forecast just scroll down. I would highly recommend WeatherOffice. Also on voiceover reads it almost sounds like no weather radio was reading it. Also nice to WeatherOffice works in Canada as well. I will start recommending this to people I know who like weather apps. Thanks for a wonderful weather app. Have a wonderful day.
