No longer works since this last update. Keeps crashing when I open CruiseFinder .

How come ship Princess Splendor is not listed?

Works great on a phone. Menu options do not work beyond main screen on the iPad. Worthless on this device.
-edit-….links activators are tiny even for a pad. Huge bar to reflect the whole choice option, but tiny little arrow to move to next window.

Every search under the heading ‘Destinations” results in a crash on the iPad. New format not working well

Most of the time it takes forever to load. Don't do it by month cause it will timeout or just stop loading. Example: I tired for 3 hours and could not get past the date of the18th in May 2020. On top of that, if you open to view a cruise and then close that cruise view, it starts you all over. If you go out of CruiseFinder for more than 30 sec, it starts you all over. Very frustrating and removing CruiseFinder .

CruiseFinder crashes often and it is difficult to use. The prices on CruiseFinder are hundreds of dollars less money than the cruise lines website or other cruise apps. Makes me very suspicious.

Loved CruiseFinder until I upgraded to new iPhone and it’s not compatible for iPhone 8 and the iOS 11.3.1. I hope you all get it fixed soon so I can give you 5 stars.

It's an okay app good for finding cruises. I booked a European River cruise a few months ago. I was researching the cruise line. (It was Ama Waterways) Apparently, it was SCENIC Danube River cruise. I thought it was glitched when on every port it said:
Arrival: ----
Departure: --:--.
Even though it was a waste of cash through false advertising, I think it would be good enough to buy on a major cruise line such as: Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Princess, NCL, etc.
False Advertising is a major problem on here, like it says Suite and under it is the price, my brother got a suite for his honeymoon with his wife, apparently it said "suite" and he was extremely disappointed when he booked a mini suite. If you want to buy an interior, Oceanview, or a balcony go on here. But if you want to buy a suite/mini suite go on the cruise line's website.

Great data and presentation of cruise details but CruiseFinder lacks a few features that would make it great: a back button for going back one screen (some pages have it but it doesn't work well) and filter by number of days should not group 3 and 5 night cruises together (there is a huge difference between the clientele on each of those)...it would be simple to let me select a min and max duration.

I love looking at all the cruises and think the interface is great to do so, however it's really annoying that when you're looking at cruises and hit "load more" it takes you back to the top of the screen automatically, then after you select a cruise to view the details and later select "back", it does not keep the cruises you've previously loaded, loaded, and you have to load them all over again being pushed to the top of the screen each time you load them... If this explanation makes since, please fix

I like how you can shop across multiple cruises and get great detail on each sailing.
But, my favorite feature is the price tracker... It lets me know when their is a change in the price of a cruise that I have booked.
Also, they have done a really good job of integrating their agents into the process of buying a cruise. If you have a question or need help, the iCruise agents are quick to respond to enquiries be it via message sent via CruiseFinder or calling them.

I'm an avid cruiser and have found the information within CruiseFinder to be as accurate as any of the websites maintained by the Cruise Lines. My wife an I use it to make sure we don't miss anything on a particular boat and when home we use it to plan for our next adventure. All and all.. This is a great way to check out what cruising has to offer!

I was in the travel industry for 7 years, and I can honestly say that this is a great app with easy-to-use navigation! I love the departure calendar - it lets you choose your preferred departure port then shows you itineraries and intro prices month-by-month. There's even a Passport Requirement section to let you know the latest requirements. Definite must for those who love to travel!!

Search allows you to look up cruises based on departure port, which you rarely find in cruise apps. Cruises are listed per sail date "and" price which prevents people from being misled into thinking that the cruise is cheap - this happens when the sail dates are lumped together and only the cheapest price is listed. When you hit "Back" from the cruise list page, you'll find that your previous search criteria are preserved. Straightforward and easy to use. Highly recommended!

As far as apps for cruises go. This is really well done. I like the various options for finding a ship and the ability to see cabins, decks, port times.
That said there is room for improvement. Would be nice to see things to do in port, check realtime availability, read reviews, more pictures.
Agree with other posts about clean design and usabilty. Not perfect but best out there right now including what's out there from cruise lines.

App used to good, tons of information on various cruises, routes, deck plans, prices, booking, etc. However, since updating to version 3.1, CruiseFinder opens up to a black screen. There is nothing to see. I first updated my 4th gen ipod, but I thought maybe its a compatability issue, so I tried in my iphone 5c only to have the same issue. Literally nothing to see. I even tried deleting and re-installing CruiseFinder but it didn't work.
Update: Issue has been fixed with update 3.2

I love to cruise and downloaded CruiseFinder on a recommendation from a message board. Was very surprised at the level of detail, breadth of content and the simplicity to find what you are looking for.
CruiseFinder made it pretty easy to find a cruise however you want to find it. They could work on the search results to offer more filter options but its fine for a quick search. Pictures are really good and I like how easy it is to see info about a cruise line, the itineraries, cabins, and decks. BTW, great cabin descriptions and the deck plans are better than I've seen on most websites including the cruise lines.
Suggestion to the developers . . . would like to see some ship reviews and more port information including shore excursions. Would also like to zoom on the cabin numbers on the deck plans too.
Overall great job! Great app.

I just downloaded the iCruise app for my iPhone. It is an amazing app with a ton of cruise related information. I found the use of CruiseFinder to be very fluid and smooth on my iPhone. I appreciated the multiple means of search options (destinations, ports, cruise lines, ships, dates, etc.) and found them to be very helpful. My favorite features were the deck plans for each cruise ship, the weather information per port, the hot deals and the last minute deals - all great value adds in my opinion. CruiseFinder is very powerful and puts the cruising tourism world at your fingertips. Kudos to the development team on a fantastic job well done. I've been waiting for an app like this for a long time!

Very easy to use, I love that I can add cruises to my favorites and than sort through just the ones I liked. The easiest way to plan a vacation, hands down! If you don’t use this, you are missing out!

CruiseFinder can be a little cumbersome at times, but I just booked a cruise for almost $600 less than what AAA offered me! Their website works better than CruiseFinder . I’ll definitely be booking with them from now on!

I deleted it. Kept freezing up for me.

It’s not terribly intuitive and CruiseFinder is buggy, but it does allow you to search for cruises that stops at ports you want to visit. Most only allow you to search on embarkation port.
Another star off, because when I repeat an identical search some of the cruises that appear the first time have disappeared. I’m talking within minutes.

I tried to give 5 stars too! Apple is messed up! Only let's me pick 4.
Downloaded CruiseFinder a couple of days ago on advice from a friend. Very impressed with how much I can see about my ship and itinerary. I like looking at the weather and my cabin. Already searching for my next cruise on this.
