I wouldn’t use shipmate ever. Avoid it. It costs a fortune. They didn’t consolidate my packages from the same retailer. There is limited tracking available. The estimated delivery times have blown out on 3 of my 5 packages. I would just get items sent direct from the us retailer. It will work out far cheaper.
Didn’t not attempt to deliver I have been home ALL Day waiting. LAZY

I can’t get through the sign up part without it locking up? Tried numerous times and it goes no further than entering my name and accepting conditions.help!!
There seems to be no way to delete an address linked to my account, I’ve tried swiping, long pressing, editing. There is no option to delete an address, huge oversight.
Despite having notifications switched on both for AustraliaPost and for all my individual deliveries, I’ve never once received a notification. Not ideal.
