Not functional at all

Grand idea having all your videos etc easily accessible but when it comes to trying to watch them it is consistently freezing/shutting down for reasons unknown. Multiple update and reinstalls have yet to fix or even help the problems and the ability to transfer files stored online to other apps is not even an option in most cases.
