- In 2020, the app is too slow and difficult to navigate.

- It is inconvenient to have to go to a different menu just to change from Old Testament to New Testament.

- The loading issues make it difficult to find text quickly, causing users to miss the message and be distracted by their phone/pad.

- The app is not accessible with voiceover and needs final adjustments to make it easier for voiceover users to navigate.

Hello. I am having trouble with choosing what book to listen to. It just keeps searching and does not give me that option I can only play the book I’m currently on. Thx much. Love this app!

How to fix Bible app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bible app on iPhone
Update Bible app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bible iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bible on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bible network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Bible Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Bible not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Bible App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bible » click [Force Stop]

Update Bible to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bible App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bible » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bible.

Fix Bible unable to contact server/ Bible internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bible » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bible » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
