i am in USA where bandes dessinées don’t exist a such. so i was expecting a lot from IZNEOBDMangaComicsenHD. Unfortunately there’s so many bugs that i will keep on ordering hard copy. very disappointed

I downloaded on my switch because I could read manga I logged in and it was super glitchy. I tried to read but it said there was an error connecting to the server. I kept on trying after that but it wouldn’t work. I downloaded it on my phone but you have to log in to download books and it wouldn’t let me log in. IZNEOBDMangaComicsenHD is a waste of time there are way better apps out there don’t even bother.

I signed up for a subscription only to find out there is nothing included. It says Kodansha manga has 400 volumes as part of the subscription service, but even after signing up it still asks you to buy each book individually. Feels like a scam.

I’ve been a customer of Izneo for years and must have purchased hundreds of books through their services. They have a great catalog available across a wide variety of genre.
Most unfortunately, the quality of their app and website has always been poor on iOS, yet manageable with a bit of patience. However, their latest update finally ended up breaking everything.
I use an iPad Pro and am running the latest version of iPadOS. I can no longer read most of the comics I’ve purchased on IZNEOBDMangaComicsenHD . A black screen with a loading spinner appears when starting a book or after a couple of pages, freezing the application, whether the book has been previously downloaded or not. Best case scenario, you’ll be able to read normally the first 10 pages until an obvious memory management issue causes the entire app to slow down, causing scrolling and changing pages to no longer work.
So ultimately you end up purchasing books that you cannot read. And these are only the major bugs, many common simple features like sorting your library are awfully buggy.

Attempting to use the website is also useless on iPad, give it a shot and judge for yourself before you purchase anything.

I’ve sent a number of emails to the customer support email address and haven’t heard back from them a single time.

IZNEOBDMangaComicsenHD should be banned from IZNEOBDMangaComicsenHD store until they hire a proper developer and QA team that can fix these issues. Selling goods that cannot be consumed is illegal...

I have been using izneo for a year and as much as I love the subscription they provide, the user experience is the worse one could imaging including not having access to any new subscription content for the past month.

Just subscribed again after a few months off and tried to read BDs in French but won’t show me anything I can read without purchasing the book. The whole reason I subscribed to Izneo Premium was to have access to a lot of catalogs, in French, without paying for each book. When I switched to English just to check, it worked fine. This is the glitch today. A couple months ago, it was something else. There’s always something wrong with this website or app. I NEVER works smoothly, like really NEVER!

We love the content, and for those of us that live outside of Europe, it’s our only way to have access to these types of books and catalogs. PLEASE, we beg you! Fix it, once and for all. In 2020, this level of glitches and problems to get something like this working properly is simply unacceptable.

The subscription page on both the iPhone app and the iPad app is broken. It shows a loading wheel and never actually loads. I would subscribe on a browser but I like being able to manage my subscriptions easily in IZNEOBDMangaComicsenHD Store. Plus, the fact that the subscription page is broken on iOS makes me worried about how well they handle subscriptions elsewhere. Seems they would make sure there’d be no issues with the main place people would give them money. They must be losing a lot because of this.

While the content is great, the interface with Apple App Store leaves a lot of room for improvement.

New purchases unavailable for hours at a time (app freezes and needs to be forced close while trying to connect to IZNEOBDMangaComicsenHD Store); some purchase appear multiple times on IZNEOBDMangaComicsenHD Store receipt email - or the wrong titles shows up - I will have to peel back the end of month billing to make sure that no double billing has actually taken place.

Maybe it is time for serious refresh to fix those very annoying issues (4+ months since the last update ...)

I have never seen an app crash as often as this one. While you are reading, while you navigate titles, while online, while offline, etc... extremely annoying.

Great site for European comics. The latest version of IZNEOBDMangaComicsenHD is really not an improvement from the previous one. Loads slower. Navigation is not as intuitive. Weird layout / presentation in places. Can’t see what you downloaded in one spot. Hard to navigate my library. Crashes too often. Hopefully, they go back to their older version.

If you’re using the subscription service IZNEOBDMangaComicsenHD doesn’t work you can’t see any comic you can’t search for any comic it simply doesn’t work.

It’s a great app and the selection is phenomenal. Living in a non-BD country, it is a lifesaver for accessing and discovering all the comics I want. The quality of the material is undeniable. But IZNEOBDMangaComicsenHD is clunky and too heavy. It tajes too long to load sometimes, frequent errors when trying to check out the catalogue, and moving between pages often sends you to the top of the page where you have to start from the beginning. Also, occasional download errors, slow speed of albums loading up. Last is the recent move toward being monolingual, the understanding being that if you read English, you cannot manage French and vice versa. So now every time I want to see the French titles, I have to go and change IZNEOBDMangaComicsenHD language. In general, excellent material, could be more user friendly!

The content is amazing but the interface ruins the experience. The pages keep changing format randomly making reading really frustrating. 5 stars for the content, 2 stars for the interface.

IZNEOBDMangaComicsenHD has had a long history of bugs and very slow updates. I have many problems with comics disappearing, rentals not expiring etc...
Now that iOS 8 is out, IZNEOBDMangaComicsenHD is completely useless on my iPad and there is yet to be a patch to make IZNEOBDMangaComicsenHD work under iOS8.

I never take the time to write reviews, so understand how frustrated IZNEOBDMangaComicsenHD has made me that I feel compelled to speak up. I've tried to use several versions of IZNEOBDMangaComicsenHD on various devices, and it's never, ever worked. Can't change your language preference, can't download previews (I mean, there's a button, but you always get a screen stating that you've reached the end of the preview without ever having seen the images.)
If by some miracle you are able to download a free comic, and have the incredible luck to actually open the file, then IZNEOBDMangaComicsenHD inevitably locks you into a small corner of the page, with no way to navigate away from it or reduce the page size so that you can see more than a quarter of one panel.

Terrible app. Don't waste your time.

A lot of classics available at a reasonable price. I am sure that as time goes on more titles will be added. The only minor issue is that you have to use your Mac/ PC to make the purchases, the download is from the iPad.

If you understand French, download this. French and American comics are worlds apart. IZNEOBDMangaComicsenHD lets you browse through its growing catalog with flawles animations, you can download the first pages for free, and they have a buy/rent model. The buy option is much cheaper than the paper comics in France, as well they should be (not that you could even get them around here). Not sure how I feel about borrowing them for more than 99 cents, though, being that you can only view them for 10 days.

Can you please offer Marlisa and Rahan as well?

Missing a 5th star because it is not very easy to sort albums with easy comics capability from regular ones. Also with an IP address in the US, i sometimes can't get books restricted to French market even though they appear available
I love the fact that French / Belgium comics are now available to English speaking readers

I have all my french books on my phone, very happy to buy the latest releases, very hard and expensive to buy it otherwise cause I live in central america
