I have a problem with WSBTweather

No current problems

- Inability to select specific severe weather alerts for announcement

- Severe weather alerts completely block the radar of the storm

- Inability to adjust the transparency rate of warning boxes

- Red color used for thunderstorms is confusing as it is typically associated with tornado warnings

- Annoying and repetitive introduction to lightning alerts by the app's employees

My wsbt 22 weather app keeps crashing. What's the problem? I've tried everything.

To resolve WSBTweather network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the WSBTweather App
1. On android, goto Settings » WSBTweather » click [Force Stop]

Clear WSBTweather App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WSBTweather » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WSBTweather.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WSBTweather » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WSBTweather » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
