Very disappointed with one of my favorite games

Actually very disappointed, I’ve been playing on and off since this game came out and never had my account banned out of nowhere for a mistake I didn’t do. My girlfriend and I started playing constantly for about two months now and I had bought platinum a couple of times (because I know how hard getting gold can be). Yet about 2 days ago my card was charged an unknown transaction from TWOM in which obviously I had refunded to my card in which resulted in my account being banned permanently and my girlfriend’s as well mind you all purchases were made with MY account, meaning her account has no reason to be banned at all, we tried contacting Com2us for support in hopes to get our accounts back because we were really enjoying playing especially together all for them to simply say that both accounts were at fault somehow? Would like for a proper investigation on both accounts knowing that my girlfriend’s account didn’t violate any rules, and as for mine well I know I didn’t do anything either but refund an unauthorized purchase but Com2us won’t properly do their jobs. Quite frustrated to be honest considering I had spend around $50 on the game to simply enjoy the game a little more.

Gold item exchange reduced/ bad customer support

So apparently this new update made some items sell for less than before when selling to NPCs. Example is armor scrolls, before it used to be sold at a price of 5000 gold but since the new update came out it is now sold at 1000 gold... really? reducing items like that to 20% of their original selling price? They already messed up the selling cost of leather and boar tail hair equipments already, now they make everything more tedious so you can buy a premium ticket. It is obvious they are making the new Darlene so that sheep players will spend money on this dying game just to progress. I only came back to see if this game has improved, but apparently it became even more disgusting than when this first came out. And dont get me started on their support, they dont even send an email a recovery for an old account they wont since if you lose it you’ll have to make another one which in terms most of the players right now will spend money on which is what they want. I’m done and not coming back here again. And I hope anyone reading this do so too. There are even better games to preoccupy with your time than this mess.

Scammers and unhelpful

Where to start? I first played this game many moons ago when it was first released on the App Store. Stopped playing after a year or so after I became more busy with school and to be fair the gameplay is very grindy. Being level 40 was a miraculous even. A few years ago I decided I wanted to try the game out again so I created a new account, verified it and everything. Played for a bit, spent some money. Well I got a new phone and had to log back in. Tried to log back it it told me my account doesn’t exist. Reached out to customer support and they WERE EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL. They told me generic stuff like “click reset password” like I wasn’t trying that 10 million times before reaching out to them. At the end of the day they couldn’t help me recover my account at all saying that account doesn’t exist even with a verified email and information so all in all I feel like I’ve been scammed out of my money and even my time I spent on this game which is a real shame…
My advise? Be careful when spending money in this game and creating an account because their support team is nothing short of trash.
