update:
if i add more than one city to the app, it ALWAYS breaks when i swipe between them. if i have laguna and la cañada added, for example, and try to swipe from la cañada to laguna, only some of the info updates. it continues to say “west san gabriel valley” and shows the map for west sgv even though im supposedly looking at laguna. sometimes the name doesn’t update when swiping between them. sometimes the air quality thats being reported is for the other city.
this doesnt seem to be an issue if i have only one city added.
it will also freeze and crash periodically.
i appreciate the notifications, but id also like the option to be notified when the air quality IMPROVES, not just when it worsens.
thanks for the app. its been a major help since the fires started.

Lately, especially since July 4, frustrated that, area 16, 17, and 18 AQI’s are nearly identical. From the beach to Fullerton. Please communicate it to us, SCAQMD, if you are having problems with your equipment instead of treating all this area as the same, I (and a lot of others) need accurate info. Thank you for the app! I usually like it better than this past week. Update: I guess this never got sent, but the same thing is stll happening end of August.

As I write this at 8:14 PM, the app still has the conditions as of 7 PM. I tried refreshing it. I closed the app and re-opened it. It still says the AQI as of 7 PM.
However, when I go to the weather app that came with my iPhone or I go to Apple Maps, it has the correct AQI that was refreshed more recently (probably 8 PM).
This has been happening consistently for a while now. Sometimes the updates are over an hour late.
I guess I’ll stick with the apps that came with my phone.
