One file that was a zip file the kids need you need to sign maybe? This didn't do nothing...I would have given it less than one star if possible for use on my iPad forget it.

I was able to figure out how to use this pretty quickly, it was able to open a zip file that contained multiple nested directories and files and had no problem with the heirarchy.

.txt files worked without a problem, however some of my files are plain text files with different file extensions and I did not see any way to tell ZipFileViewer to consider these as text files. - version 1.1 please?

Well I'll give it the fact that it's ONLY a viewer. The little blue arrow next to the doc dies nothing. How about give us some options to do basic things with the docs. Like if it's a jpg let us save the image, or at least copy it

I've used ZipFileViewer before and it works perfectly fine but I tried using it again and I can't open the first choice of the list. I think it's because of an ad supposed to be there but the ad doesn't show so I can't open the first choice.
Needs fix.

Love ZipFileViewer . Works great for what it was designed for. Minor adjustment would be to add a way that we can save the files once you click on the blue arrow. The only thing you're able to do is view. Otherwise it serves it's purpose.....

As far as I can tell, ZipFileViewer does exactly what it is supposed to do. If you paste in a URL that links to a zipped file, ZipFileViewer lets you view it. It is easy to use, and I have no problems with it.

This apps delivers precisely what it promises and without any hitches at all. Works seamlessly with mail on the iPhone and without any need for intervention. Only reason for not giving it 5 starts is the ads but it doesn't mean the functionality and ease of use doesn't deserve the 5 stars.

The forgot password does not work for me. I would like to know how to retreive it since I can't login. I searched on your site and cannot find the answer.

Also if I reinstall it still has the database on the iPhone so I cannot do anything ar this point.

I bought a study guide online but could not open it on my iPhone because it was a zip file. I found ZipFileViewer in app store downloaded it and had that file open immediately. Pretty impressive. I don't rate to often but had to because it was so simple. Try it out. It's free.

Thanks to the latest update which added the advertisements on top of the screen, somehow you can't scroll down anymore beyond the 9th file. Hope they can fix it. ZipFileViewer works great. I love how they made it work seamless with the mail now that you can open zip attachments to ZipFileViewer from mail. But for now you have to edit and keep only 9 files. That's kinda stupid. Fix that bug please!

While PDF Reader has the ability to open, view AND print separate documents, it's doesn't open .zip files. ZipFileViewer has the ability to open .zip files and let you view what is in them BUT that's where ZipFileViewer 's usefulness ends. You can't do anything with the document you're looking at; can't print or email the files one by one. I'm keeping ZipFileViewer until a more useful tool comes around.

Ugh. The ads in ZipFileViewer pop up every time I try to tap on I file I've unzipped, meaning that instead of tapping on the file, I hit the ad instead (which usually links to another app in ZipFileViewer Store). I can't help think that this was done deliberately to generate more ad clicks and revenue. Plus, ZipFileViewer still hasn't been updated to iphone 5 screen dimensions.

ZipFileViewer can get better if it can link to the computer. Or there's an app I can download to use straight from my computer to zip and unzip files.

Thrilled to find this for opening zip files. Works quickly and easily. I tried a few others and they didn't work.

It seems that you can "Open In" files into Zip File Viewer, but you cannot "Open In" files out of ZipFileViewer ? That is very limiting because we cannot expect ZipFileViewer to implement every possible format. Could you please correct me if I am wrong?

This program opened the zip file in pdf format. However, then you can't do anything with it (email, open in iBooks, etc). This gives it very limited usage.

My only problem with ZipFileViewer is that if it is unable to display an ad for any reason then the top list item becomes inaccessible, breaking ZipFileViewer functionality.

Just click "open in " in ZipFileViewer and your zip files will be all done .Simple and hassle free .

ZipFileViewer works great for viewing zip files sent via email. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find out how to save and print any of the pages...directions anyone? App support leads ro a blank page

Had a zip file on an email attachment. ZipFileViewer allowed me to open and view all the contents of the zip file without any hassle. Well done!
