Hello, I can’t seem to see who else is coming to the hostel so I can get to know people before I meet them. It keeps saying “Something went wrong” after I agree to the terms and conditions and privacy notice.

Hi, I'm having an issue with signing into the app on iOS, I have cleared my cache, deleted/reinstalled the app and turned off prevent cross trackers. I'm unable to sign in as it is just saying too many redirects whenever I click to log in

Just updated hostelworld app . Been making bookings .. Will not let me login in on app was signed out .. It was OK yesterday not now ...

The app doesn't show my past bookings. Even when I go to my account, I can't access the past properties I've stayed in. It works on the website but not on the updated app.

The app doesn’t work- when I try search for a hostel in the search bar nothing happens
