I’m not sure what the goal of RelaisChâteaux is.

Very unstable app

RelaisChâteaux is terribly slow.
RelaisChâteaux is not compatible with iPhone X and takes half of the screen only.
The is no login or account information so useless.

Sorry but you need to speed up picture download by about 30x - right now RelaisChâteaux is a waste of time.

tried RelaisChâteaux & deleted. frustratingly slow.

RelaisChâteaux and the the pictures therein are stunning, but trying to view them requires more patience than it should. The pictures download incredibly slow, regardless of WIFI or LTE. Without the pictures, there is no vision for booking a reservation.

I haven't actually tried to book anything on here -- I just use it as a way to discover places that I might want to visit someday. When I'm browsing, I find that the photos, in particular, load so slowly. I've had a strong wifi connection each time. I guess my main suggestion would be that I would prefer to wait for all of the photos of a location to load when I first click on the gallery, rather than watch a wheel spin and spin before every single photo in an album. I've found that I've stopped using RelaisChâteaux and I just go to the website instead.

I usually leave RelaisChâteaux and go to trip adviser. Very slow to load pictures. Currency should show by local and currency of origin. Very outdated site.

From US, pictures load obnoxiously slow in RelaisChâteaux .

Excellent app, as always, R&C surprised me with a delightful personal experience.

I live in Baltimore, connected with Ivy Hotel. I am massively impressed by the hospitality standard. I am going to be in Kerela in January and will want to stay at Tha Malabar House. Could get used to checking out these properties!

Loved my son’s wedding and rehearsal dinner this past weekend. It was perfection! Thanks to Lauren( wedding planner) ,Micheal(catering) ,Eric ( musician),and everyone from valet to bartenders . It was a magical weekend to remember! Thanks, Janet Landry ( Houston, Tex. )

Properties are never updated, and app is ridiculously slow to load.
