Crashes with iPhone 6 when you scroll through the result list. Never had that problem before with earlier version. Please fix.

It seems that they started listing very attractive and relatively cheap apartments to rent in nice locations to promote their new premium subscription. These listings say that the landlord limited the contact form to premium members only.

Like anyone would believe that any sane landlord or a real estate agent would limit opportunities for their prospects to get in touch. Doesn’t make any sense.

Immobilienscout is on a slippery road. You care too much about your profits, and too less about your users.

I would email and call them and I would never get a response from them stating that they gotten an email or a call. Please fix

I'm not sure why, but ImmoScout's app stopped working once I moved from NY to Berlin. I still have the same phone (and number and provider), but ImmoScout24 won't populate any results.

The message that pops up is a cloud with a plug that's not plugged into the wall.

Here's what I've tried to fix the problem:
-toggling location settings
-using a VPN set to US
-connecting to WiFi
- deleting and re-downloading
-trying to search anyway

But nothing happens. Any help would be great. Would give ImmoScout24 a 5 star if it still worked!

ImmoScout24 is super buggy it just randomly kicks me out of a listing and back to the main search page also the push notifications almost never works and ImmoScout24 crashes. Terrible to use as a plus member I expect more.

It is impossible to fill out the profile form which makes it much more difficult to actually find a flat. I also tried on the latest version of chrome, safari & firefox. To top it off the chatting to support doesn’t work.

I have been trying to cancel my plus membership since Monday (today is Friday) to cancel my membership so I wasn’t automatically charged....and even though I have been trying, I still got charged on Wednesday and I call and write email and try to use their live chat (but never available) to try to cancel and NOTHING works. If you have a paying APP we should be able to cancel easily and without stress.

ImmoScout24 stopped searching on my iPhone 11 although I can see properties if they are sent to me by someone else. I checked all the possible reasons and I do not have any clue.

If you pay for plus, they will charge you monthly despite only requesting a short term subscription and they make it almost impossible to cancel. Go elsewhere.

I have been looking for an apartment to buy in Berlin for a while now. I had all my parameters set up to search. A few weeks ago ImmoScout24 stopped working so I uninstalled and reinstalled. It’s still not working. I don’t know how I can get in touch with the developers to trouble shoot. It was such a great app! Too bad I am unable to use it anymore.

The old App will be deactivated in 2 Weeks hence I have installed the new mobile App. Unfortunately all my previous searches and stored offerings are gone. It is not possible to transfer all from the old app to the new one.

I like ImmoScout24 , but it lags my entire phone down.

Could use a copy and paste function for translations.

Sadly the sorting function is now missing. That was the only saving grace of ImmoScout24.
I hope it gets reinstated. At the moment I cannot recommend it at all. Pity

If ImmoScout24 could connect with google or another auto- translate service, that would be nice :)

When looking for rentals in neighboring states, I can only enter one city or the other. E.g. Mannheim and Ludwigshafen at the same time does not work. Never got any luck with results up to a certain distance from town center. iPhone 6plus, latest released OS

Keep up the fantastic work everyone.

It would be good if you could find places that specifically have garages — that’s very different than a Stellplatz.

Also would be cool if they would advertise homes with air conditioning, as it now gets to 40 degrees plus in Berlin summers.

The latest version was horrible. The buttons don’t work, the map stopped working, etc. Do not use this.

It is so ridiculous that all the property description and location info is in German. What is the point?!?!

App worked then in December it stopped working. I keep getting a “no network connection” error and cannot use ImmoScout24, even though the other 50+ apps work just fine on my iPhone 8+. Also cannot connect to my Facebook account. It either freezes or I get an error message. Bad programming.

ImmoScout24 is actually good but when using ImmoScout24 in English, only the headings are translated. The actual input of the client is still in German. PLEASE ALLOW COPYING OF TEXT!!!

Need to receive the offers in ENGLISH
