Needs dark mode support

When reading at night dark mode support would be very helpful!

iOS exposes tracking in Heise App

App now requires tracking or it doesn’t work. I have been subscriber to their magazines (without tracking) for > 25 years and now I find myself removing this now useless app.

Shame

heiseonlineITNews is shamefully bad. The user interface is a joke, it's buggy and crashes frequently. No improvements over many months. Using Safari to the website is much better option.

New version crashes when clicking on article title. Can not read news!!

Well, it works...

heiseonlineITNews does what it is supposed to do: Show news articles of the heise portal. But that's it.
The UI looks very outdated and has many UI/UX flaws

Sehr gute Übersicht

Die App bietet stets eine übersichtliche Information zu aktuellen Themen. Sehr gute Themenauswahl und Darstellung.

App stürzt ab

App stürzt beim Start direkt ab. Liegt wohl an pihole. Vor ein paar Wochen gab es genau den gleichen Fehler und jetzt schon wieder. Zwei mal so ein kritischer Fehler, von einem Verlag welcher Computer „Fach“ Zeitschriften herausbringt. Wenn man es zweimal innerhalb kurzer Zelt schafft, dass die App sofort abstürzt, sollte man sich vielleicht ein anderes Themen Gebiet suchen.

OK with a bit of a disappointment

heiseonlineITNews is a convenient way for me to get my news from heise.de. I was quite happy when I noticed that there is finally the long awaited update available which provides the IOS 7&8 look to heiseonlineITNews . However, I was a bit disappointed that this new version is not taking advantage of the bigger screens of the iPhone 6 Plus. I was hoping for a split screen mode when tilting the device just as with the iPads.

Nicht wirklich besser mit v4.1

Bei der Vorgängerversion ließen sich nicht alle forumsbeiträge öffnen- diese Version stürzt ständig ab wenn man einen Beitrag öffnet (iOS 7.0.6)

Bin wieder zurück auf die V.4.0.3....

.... da es doch einfach praktischer ist, auf einem iPhone/iPod Touch im landscape-modus lesen zu können,
leider lässt sich die systeminterne Arretierung in iOS nicht auf den landscape-modus fixieren,
daher ist die neue Version, der diese Funktion genommen wurde, für mich also unbrauchbar.
Warum sinnvolle Funktionen entfernt werden statt welche hinzuzufügen muss man nicht verstehen...
