Why the upgrade??? New version is terrible. All I want to be able to do is have a favorite SU sport and be able to easily go to it every time i open SyracuseOrange . I want to be able to easily see the schedule and link it to my calendar and easily see the roster. The old version could do all of that. Maybe the newer version is a little prettier but it rarely works and doesn’t nearly do what the old one did. Change it or bring back the old but until then, don’t waste you time or memory.

This is the worst app ever. SU should be embarrassed for having there name attached to it. The pages don’t work. The log in routinely forgets you have previously registered. There is nothing of value added by this trash

SyracuseOrange has repeatedly not worked for me.

App crashes when audio is onn

Since last update SyracuseOrange won’t open. IPhone 7.

I cannot get the updated app to load. Is there going to be an update or fix? I am not using it now.

App keeps crashing, can’t do anything

The new app stinks. Used to be able to sele t stories and schedule by the Cuse teams i was interested in. Cant do that now Now i have to scroll through allthe sports I do not follow to possibly find info on the sports indo follow.

New version is a major disappointment. Disjointed and very disorganized....hard to know where you are in SyracuseOrange at any given time. Example: select a sport such as Basketball.....action photo of lacrosse or football appears at top of page and several articles appearing below have little to do with Orange Basketball. Poorly designed, way too busy. Previous version was compact, concise, and always easy to navigate.....performed very well. Now, just a classic case of change for the sake of change. ☹️

Received an email to download the new app and instructions on how to receive 250 Bonus points for signing up. SyracuseOrange downloaded fine however there isn’t a way to receive the bonus points because it crashes every time I get to the redeem screen.

SyracuseOrange interface is also very confusing and cluttered. Disappointed in the representation on Syracuse within SyracuseOrange .

Is it too much to ask to just get final score notifications? I’m not a student & I’m not concerned about on-campus activities & want to just get final scores.
Fix this please, I’m considering deleting SyracuseOrange !

Took a bit to get used to, but I have my favorites saved and I’m happy! Thanks for all the info on our teams!

Ive been using SyracuseOrange for years and i love it! Gives me all the info i need about Cuse sports.

Living on Vegas makes it tough to keep up with SU sports - this helps out a lot. The only thing it's missing is the ability to add games from the team schedule to my personal calendar. That feature would make this a five-star app.

Makes following the sports I enjoy following easier.

I love the visual recap videos, the news content, and the Dino interviews.

Not sure what the one star grump-mo-bot guy was grumping about - this is my new favorite app! Go Orange!

We enjoy the trivia and challenges while watching the game. Great way to introduce a 10 yr old to Syracuse Lacrosse History!

Love SyracuseOrange!! I am a season ticket holder and love using the Fan Rewards link while at the football games for trivia and other contests. Go 🍊🏈

SyracuseOrange is very convenient. It’s great for getting quick info and also it will show you where to watch or listen to games.
