Several years back it was great! For the past several years the half dozen times I’ve tried using the capture card feature it doesn’t work at all! Capture the picture then scans like always but then when it show contact there’s no numbers no name just some gibberish crap in a few of the space where name number and things like that should be! Not sure how something that worked so well at one time could be so bad now!

I downloaded the program. Scan fairly OK. Having to make quite a few edits. Have attempted to subscribe to the cloud service. Cannot get the app and the service to sync. I've paid for the subscription to the cloud twice now and when logging in, it tells me I still have only the trial 10 to download. I'm sure it's operator error. But without some sort of tech help, then my app fee has been wasted.

After reading fairly good reviews, I downloaded app and have been using often. It is VERY hit and miss. I often (1 out of every 3) get gibberish in all or most fields - and more often, I’m manually correcting at least one field. I can’t figure out why… Sometimes it’s over cellular, sometimes it’s when connected to Wi-Fi. And doesn’t seem tied To whether bus. card are white paperstock, traditional formats or more creative in layout. Other times it works like a charm. But if you’re looking to frequently and put cards as I am, having to manually enter 1 of every 3 is neither impressive nor useful.
