Absolutely useless for a traveler not familiar with Charles de Gaulle airport. I selected transportation and it gave me the local gas station. The maps are of the entire city and not of the airport. Save the trouble and grab a paper map at the airport.

App is a Swiss Army knife that does nothing well ie fast, easy and informative. The complexity and inability to communicate is reflective of the entire airport so it is no surprise albeit disappointing.

CDG is one of the most confusing maze of an airport in the world. Arriving by train and expecting to get through bag check to international departures in time requires hours. You'd think they would have and eloquent app the provides useful info organized well. ParisAéroport useless and add to the confusion.
Firstly, you can only see a handful of flights. If you look up fight (e.g. Delta 0035) that feature is broken.
How do you scan a boarding card before you even have one from a kiosk. Btw, kiosks are so 2000s. Mobile boarding passes are the way, why doesn't Air France checkin process support Delta's mobile boarding passes. Get with the times people. Are you purposely making people stand in line. Lines are oppressive aren't you about liberty and freedom?
They have maps but they are useless. Try sorting out how to navigate from the RER train stop through to Terminal 2M. Good luck with that. You just spend 15 minutes in a useless app that tell you nothing useful in an intuitive way.
To the project team that put this together, get some outside help. I love Paris and supporting the local economy but I am apt to fly to Schiphol or Brussels and train in and avoid CDG because it is such a scary confusing place.

Only thing you are expecting it to provide, quickly and efficiently, basic flight info - and failing even at that. How comes competing apps have updated flight details ahead of the official one of the AdP is still a mystery

Ok, you can see time tables and departure terminals. But all that is already on your ticket or check-in.
You cannot use ParisAéroport to book nor see/modify your bookings in the airports car parks.
Plus ParisAéroport is quite ugly.

Trying to get info on my flights (ATL - CDG - SOF). App shows no flights at all between Atlanta and CDG. Finding that hard to believe

You will get the if information you are looking for, it will just be complicated.
You will love the information that you flight is delayed without any re schedule details.
You will laugh when you realize that instead of a simple map you have a complex google map version. And it will be slow to load.
ParisAéroport is like the airport, exhausting.

I have been using this excellent app for over a year and it keeps getting better. It tracks and sends me updates on all flight status changes from 24 hours before. It also provides up to date info on airport terminal, check in counter location and luggage claim location. All of which can be confusing at the Paris airports. I highly recommend ParisAéroport.
