I've tried all day to obtain my LTA ballot tickets. I can access My Wimbledon all areas but the ticket button option is not working. I have until Wednesday to choose tickets otherwise the opportunity of a lifetime is lost. I have tried for the last five years without success, and am a LTA fan member too. Why is the app not working for me please? Crushingly disappointed 😞

App is downloaded on phone but no sign of any tickets despite having received an email supposedly with a link. Searched endlessly for a solution. No sign of tickets for next Tuesday as yet.

Sign in to the app but no ticket icon visible and no tickets! A joke. Supposed to be attending the tournament next week and no tickets. What a shambles this app is. Please sort.

Still shows last years Data. Its about to start but all I can see if last years draws and matche results from last year

When accessing the "Tickets" area, app shows "One moment please, loading your tickets" but nothing loads. Tried rebooting phone and message still appearing after more than 30 minutes. Due to visit tomorrow. Help!

Our tickets are not appearing on the app despite receiving the email to say we can now access them. Have received physical tickets this week which is totally bizarre. Have to assume we're good to go with our physical tickets not anything online. Very frustrating.

My Wimbledon 22 app keeps stopping. I can't access my Wimbledon tickets. I've installed several times without success.

We I try to open the app on my Samsung A8 I just get a message "Wimbledon keeps stopping". I have several times uninstalled and re-installed. I can't get to my ticket !!

Installed app to get my tickets. It won't open. Uninstall and reinstalled several times. Still won't. Having spent a considerable sum on the tickets I'm unimpressed

Same as the other users, have installed the app on a new android phone and it crashes every time I try to open it so I cannot access my tickets... Just won't work at all, can't even get to the front screen and in terms of reporting feedback, even that app (market agent) then crashes!

I have reinstalled the Wimbledon app on my new android phone, in readiness for my tickets to be downloaded from early June. The app, prior to this, had no ticket icon on the screen. Now, the app won't open at all. Please would you arrange to resolve the issues with the App, so I can access my tickets for July.

After waiting half an hour to get onto Wimbledon.com to purchase tickets - the Error message saying cannot process request and to try again later occurs after entering the portal
