I stopped using InventoryNow after recent update. New updated app is literally “New app, with different data format and payment plan. I bought iphone and ipad app. But my app status is now ‘trial’ and ask to subscribe monthly payment. I talked to the developer about the data format but he didn’t understand still. So I gave off. He should leave the old app and build new one.

InventoryNow looks great but I couldn’t try the features. The price is reasonable. However, InventoryNow locks at 20 items of inventory in the free version. I didn’t realize that would happen so I didn’t try all the features before it locked. I also did not have a chance to export the inventory before it locked, so it wasted 2 hrs of my time.

For years I had trouble tracking my inventory. Then I tried Inventory Now. I’ve been satisfied even though I got confused because the iPad version compared to the Online Version were not the same. I am changing to a Corporate System so no longer need InventoryNow. Thanks Logan Sease for an excellent product and the best support ever.

Loving InventoryNow...I’m wondering when you sell an item if you can include the “customer name” so we can more easily track where orders are going. Repeat customers, etc...

Also, is there a way the export file can be timebound? If I pull a file each month and want to see what I’m selling each month it’s difficult when the file any time stamped. Even adding a column for”date of sale” would help so the file could just be filtered using that column in excel after export!

Hoping you can make these changes and my review would be 5 star for sure! 😊

We have been using InventoryNow to track the weekly harvest from our family-owned farm. Logan has been very helpful tweaking InventoryNow so we can set the items not sold as perishable (loss tracking). InventoryNow has helped us a lot in our small business. Highly recommend InventoryNow and you rarely find a developer that gets involved directly in customer service. Thanks!!!

It really is helpful to be able to record sales on site. I can also see when items are getting low, with a glance at my phone.

This is a perfect and cost friendly app to track your inventory. The multi-location function and low stock warnings are a welcome addition compared to other inventory apps I found.

I use InventoryNow to keep track of all of the parts I have to keep in stock for my repair business. It’s a lot to keep track of, but InventoryNow helps a ton by letting me and my employees coordinate and never lose track.

I have a fairly large tire shop with thousands of tires in inventory. I used to work this inventory using excel, but InventoryNow is a game changer!

Not only can I use it on my iPhone and Mac, it works online with window’s based PC’s as well! Now my associates and myself can have the inventory synced up in our office and in our phones!

We use this on the craft show circuit to track inventory and sales at each show. It works great for a business that does not have a lot of standard inventory and we can export each shows transactions which makes accounting and reconciling inventory easy. When we had an issue, the developer worked closely with us to solve it in a timely fashion. Definitely worth the subscription!

This is without any doubt the best inventory management app you can ever find in InventoryNow Store. It helped organizing the work flow of my small business and enhance the efficiency. I don’t have to worry about losing track of my items going forward.

In addition to that, the developer of InventoryNow is a fantastic guy, who is very very helpful. And every time I contact him seeking his help, he responds very quickly and explains to me different types of solutions to fix any issue I face.

Great app does what i need it to do manage inventory conveniently and always on hand without having to log into my computer i can find out were my inventory is thats just a bit of what InventoryNow does although i only use it for tracking purposes

I have two businesses that utilize InventoryNow and we love it! It is a great inventory tracking system and allows for a lot of flexibility depending on our needs. This is a great little app if you just need something simple to track you inventory. Would love two things added though: a place to input additional expenses, like office supplies or bulk shipping costs. Currently there is no place to track any expenses. I’d also like the ability to add more than 1 photo so I could add a photo of the item as well as a photo of the receipt showing what I paid for the item. Overall though it’s a great app, especially if quick books is way more than you need.
